Country club is completely a fake company. Distributing free voucher in shopper stop rajouri garden and many other places telling everything it a free gift. but they are charges 5500/- and that voucher is also fake. When you login in it shows sold out. They are wasting time of customers. Also selling membership for 10 Year in 1 lakhs 70 thousand. That is also big fraud. Run after taking money.

Country Club India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I invested Rs 31000/- in Suman Motels, but have not received money. Pl guide me to recover the same.

Country Club — Money withdrawn with out my knowledge

Country club has withdrawn Rs. 10000/- from my credit card with out informing me. This is from their bangalore office.

Country Club — Deposit money

I have invested about rs.1 lakh with suman motels. I was supposed to get 1.5 lakhs after five years and a life membership for celebrity country club. They did not pay me till date. Can anybody help me in recovering the amount?
pl help me recover my maturity amount of 1.5 lakhs

    Hi,

    We received a call stating we gained few vochures and asked us to come to office and due to some other work we informed that we were not able to come to office.The representative was such rude and threatening ("If you were a boy i would have shown torture" ).These are the words he said to my cousin .Later I called and said we were not interested .He was continuously calling for about 30 times through out the day and forcing that we should come to office and collect those vochures... Very very rude behaviour and this is not how you behave with customers..

    Very very poor customer service...

      I got a call about a free stay as a result of lucky draw .in office c club representative misguided me about their membership plans and I deposited 5000 cash on 14feb 16.rest money was not paid as I changed my mind next day .then I asked for refund of my money.representative told me to write an application and assured me of refund within 40 days. till date no response and no positive reply from their office what to do next .contact no [protected]/[protected]

      Country Club — Cheating

      Country Club haas cheated me giving false committments during offerring the club membership. Now, they are turning back from their committments.

      They are a big ABUSE on the TRUST of people.

      A serious legal step need to be taken and flashed by mass media sothat they could not trap any more person.

      Country Club — Fraud

      I just want to tell anyone gonna take membership at country club...you better be on alert. They are just frauds. i have a lot of friends complaining about them...my close friend too fell in the trap and they play around with clients...pls dont ever take any membership with them

        I am still waiting for the membership details. There is no action from the Koramangala Customer Care as of yet.

        It has been more than 2 years, since the renewal. And I am also following up with Manoj at the Koramangala Bangalore Customer care since 2 years. But I don't see any update as of yet on the membership. I had given the original membership agreement and membership cards to Manoj 12 months back and he mentioned, that I would receive the renewed membership at the earliest. But till date, I am still waiting.

        As per Manoj, I have to pay Rs.25, 000/- more for the membership, for which I have asked him to send an email, but he has not sent any email with the details. As per the sales person (Sundar Reddy), I had to pay only Rs.20, 000/-, which I have already paid at the time or renewal. I would like to know why I am being charged Rs.25, 000/- again for the renewal. It seems the Sales and the Customer Care are having problems into reaching an agreement towards the membership renewal.

        Request you to look into this on priority.

        But there is no response or any email directing the bangalore customer care to update me on the membership.

        When I check online on my vacation status, it says all are used, I am not even able to avail the bookings on my membership.

        Already the membership agreements and the membership cards have been collected/returned to Manoj at Koramangala Bangalore Customer Care.

        Also I have sent all these details with the agreement copies and membership details to the central customer care email as well as other customer care email addresses of the Koramangala, Bangalore.

        I have been giving multiple calls to the Koramangala Bangalore Customer Care, but they always say that Manoj/Imran are not available. If I get to speak to Manoj, he would say that he will send out an email, but this has been going on for months. Even I don't get any response via emails.

        If nothing can be done on the membership, I would like to get a full refund on the same. Why should I go through this mental agony.

          I have a Country club membership which I bought in Bangalore few years ago. Membership No : CVBG1TCLUB5LB226320. This membership provides club access to Country clubs in India and abroad. . at a Country club resort in Bangalore When I bought this membership the Country club representative had told me that in future whenever I want to close the membership, country club will take it back or will find a buyer for transferring the membership to another member as this is an exclusive membership . I have left Bangalore few year back and what to close this membership as I am not using it. When I contacted Country Club for arranging the closure, I was told that I have to find a member who is interested in taking this membership and country club will not take it back. This is contrary to what they had informed me when I bought the membership. Thus I want this to be resolved asap.

            I have purchased ur 30YR BILLIONIARE PLATINUM+DAE vide agreement no 3906 at vanue code CCDL10, Rohini, Delhi, last night at 8'clock value rs. 2, 60, 000. Sir i want to cancel this agreement because i am not satisfied by your representative(vishal rai)because they promised a lot but i have not found many promises in agreement which was commited & signed your agreement with fake commitments.No Recpts were given agst payments by your branch & i have not signed my credit card pymt slips.
            I have given payment Rs 2, 30, 000 through my credit cards as follows :

            Sbi card no 400667******4750 Rs 1, 90, 000 (Rs one lac Ninety Thousand )

            ICICI Card No 437551******8003 Rs. 40, 000( Rs Forty Thousand )

            So, kindly please cancel this agreement & Returned my Payment as soon as possible.that will be highly appreciated ur brand image.               I think the Agreement is illegal and void, as the same can be cancelled by one person only. I mean, i am not able to cancel my Club Membership even after payment of 1.40 lacs. The interest amount of 1.40 @ 8.25 (simple FD is approximately Rs. 12000/ per annum on composite basis. However, we are getting no facilities and even the club usages. In case the Owner is not providing any services, the money given must be refundable,
              Inspite of that the people are asking for AMC dues every day even, when we are not using their properties and we cannot book at our own. The dates of booking and the period is not available. if it is my property, why cant i use it. If it is not my property, why should i pay for its maintenance without its use.
              I am surprised, When the leadership of India is in the hands of BJP or PM shri Modi, such kind of people and business still exists.
              I humbly request your goodself to please take necessary action at the earliest.

                Country club csm office is full of fraudulents, When they explained me the price and all I clearly said that my pocket doesn't allows it. Then Mr Ashwani came and offered me to pay half of the money, and he will convert that in to an emi of 36 months, and after the period of 36 months pay the remaining amount and that again will be converted in to emi. I asked him that if he could convert it in to 36 emi because my bank doesn't convert in to 36 emi, my bank does it in to 12 emi.
                Mr Ashwani said that he will do it from his end, he has to send a request to the bank in case of over 24 emi, and bank will approve.
                When I said to confirm if bank will accept your request or not, he went somewhere and came back with a confirmation, he said that he has confirmed with his account department that it can be done and he will take care of this and also tjis would be interest free. On this confirmation I swapped my credit card and confirmed once again if emi conversion would be done by merchant, he said yes.
                2 or 3 days later when I confirmed with my bank, they said that no such request landed, and they cannot help me with 36 emi, as bank policy allows only 12.
                Then I called the agent Mr Pushpendra, who explained the plan and works under Ashwani. He said emi conversion is done, but he will confirm it once again.
                On seeing that nothing is happening, I went to the office, Mr Ashwani said that their request is rejected, and asked me to request the bank to convert it in to 36 emi, and they will take care of the interest. One day later I visited again, as my bank denied my request, Ashwani said I can help you getting a new HDFC card, and on that credit card you can get 36 emi option. After getting card make the payment from that card and I will refund the amount swapped from previous card. I told him that I already have hdfc cc, which do not have that limit remaining. He said he can still help me get another cc. Then I got to know that he is either a fraud or has jo knowledge, he is just making false promises, my wife worked in hdfc for around 6 years and she said that it is impossible to get another card of same bank, then he asked me to drop a mail to customer care.
                I did that, but no reply came, I visited again, and this time he refused that he made any such promise. He said that we were responsible to convert the amount in to emi. His staff supported him.
                During registration Pushpendra and Ashwani asked me to say that this is one time payment and not emi conversion on the confirmation call, his senior Mr Sachin played that call recording and said he can't do anything. I didn't show him but I also have recording of the call and conversations where it is very clear that we have emi discussions since beginning.
                Now my request to them is simple, either convert this amount in to 36 interest free emi, as promised or cancel my membership and refund money, so that I cam pay this amount to bank.
                Please help!!!

                    This is sahil dodal member to country club from aurangabad maharashtra. This complaint is written to you as it's more than 6-8 months from becoming member to the club i have still not received my membership cards. I have also followed up with the staff in aurangabad but there is no response from their side. This matter was is not been looked upon as to why cards are not being delivered to the customers.
                    This kind of service was not expected from country club.
                    Membership to the club is taken in the name of sandeep dodal and additional 3 members are added in the name o[censored]nmesh dodal. Membership cards are not received for unmesh dodal's family.
                    See you it that the cards are received as soon as possible.

                        This is milind, i was contacted by akram khan for purchasing 3 year membership worth 15k & one year fitness program. I paid 15k to country club in vikhroli office. I was told final receipt will be given by email with all details such as one year fitness + event passess + 3 year holidays + once extra voucher but when contacted on the representive number he is no more accepting my call. Also vikhroli - ghatkopar office also closed. I have been cheated by akram khan, [protected]. I request to look in to this matter & give me justice for money i paid

                          I got a gift voucher from CountryClub in Dubai. They offered me a freestay in hotel in one of the countries they told me.
                          They gave me a paper which has my Id number on it as well as all the details the payments and everything!
                          Now im entering the voucher number on the site so it says that it has been used or expired. It has only been a month.
                          Please tell me what to do

                            I have taken membership from amanora center country club office of rs.10000/-offered 4 fixed gifts. Still not received any gift, asked to take one holiday free. Nothing i got after giving rs.10000/-.
                            I feel it is one of well known fraud company in the world.

                              Country club india people trapped us in surajkund office, faridabad on pretext of providing free 6 night holiday voucher in india on 21st aug 2016. The reasons for this fraud below:

                              1. The commitments and offers promised verbally were denied at the spot as soon as transactions charged on credit card/debit card.

                              2. I cancelled this deal in writing within 24 hours and asked for refund but all in vain.

                              3. A cold response from customer care stating that membership fees once paid is non - refundable. No answers to my specific queries as they have now got the money and they don't have any fear of law/social image. I also understand this impunity as this is only possible in this country (Mera bharat mahan).

                              4. Although i have raised dispute on transactions with credit card company and waiting for the outcome but i know this company is total fraud after going through internet full with similar incidents and various scams.

                              5. I don't want to elaborate the above incident as i think most of the complainant are aware about there fraudulent tactics.

                              I know i may have a long battle ahead but i just want to notify to all higher authorities of this company and may be our lawmakers how easily they are doing white collar fraud publicly. Perhaps somebody still care of this system whether it is company or my country.

                                I would like to report an fraud incident wherein a large hotel / holiday company name country club India is cheating innocent people from the small towns by making false promises like free I phone and local club membership.
                                with a deep regret that I have applied for this country club membership on 13.12.2015, Sunday through company employees visiting my city Ratlam (M.P).

                                I have paid a some of Rs. 1, 75000/= (One lakh seventy five thousand) through my HDFC bank debit card in two transactions

                                1. One I-Phone 5S was promised to provide next day( 14.12.2015) but your staff has vacated the temporary office in Ratlam and now their mobile numbers are not responding.

                                2. They have informed about opening of a country club health center in Ratlam very shortly but now it came to my knowledge that there is no such plan in the near future.

                                3. We have tried contacting your delhi office[protected] and[protected] but both the numbers are temporary out of order.

                                4. Many other verbal commitments are not clear in welcome email dated 13.12.2015.

                                Based upon all the above points, I feel very unsatisfied and disturbed. Therefore, I urge you to cancel my membership application and refund the payment in my same HDFC bank account immediately..

                                  I took a country club memebership for Rs 1, 20, 000/- at kukatpally, hyd through Taranumm and her team members and she promised me to give 4/5 days international complete package with full facilities and 10, 000/- worth of sodexo and interest free EMIs conversion. Nothing has been received till date after so many follow ups with them. I have an official mail also from her saying that she will give all these. I have received only one receipt of Rs 120000/- only. I want a full refund of my money failing which I will go to media and also register a case against consumer court along with few other members.

                                    I became a member after continuous followup by cc and when i visit the sarjapur facility. I got to know it is 9 years old and it is in renovation.

                                    Immediately i raised a complaint and requested cc to cancel the membership. Till now there is no response from them.

                                    Finally i got the sales person who sold the membership and i called him (Neeraj kumar singh, mob:[protected], [protected]@countryclubmail.com) to know that cc does not maintain the internal standards in bangalore.

                                    Before membership they were spoken softly and after membership they raise there voice and does not show respect to customer. Finally he concluded that all other customer is very happy only i am disappointed no he cannot help.

                                    I would request government of india or state government should look into this club services and ban them in india or at-least in bangalore.

                                    They will not refund the amount for cancellation at the same time they will not give service to customer.

                                      Useless and fraud culb membership

                                      Guys, I really request to all reader don’t take country club membership for the below reasons.

                                      - The club will be full on weekends and you and your family don’t get place to play in most of the places(In Bangalore)
                                      - You have pay extra money like 120rs for each of your guest
                                      - And for message you have to book earlier like week before and on weekend that will be overloaded, only weekdays available (You have to pay for this also)
                                      - For the holiday booking has to be done at least 3 months before and above on this that most of data will be full( forget on long weekends)

                                      As any of the sites like “Make my trip or Goibibo” and early booking will give discounts. So recommend all readers not to go for the club membership it waste of you time and money.

                                        Current status: I have filed a case in the consumer court after sending a legal notice to the Chariman, Mr. Reddy.

                                        Case History: I applied for membership(Mem No BCGLP679) to Country Club(I) Ltd.(now renamed as - Country Club Hospitality& Holidays Ltd.) in Mar'07 by paying Rs. 175, 000 on the basis of several promises made by them, most prominent being - 1089 sqft NA plot in Bamboo Groove township near Sahara Ambevally at Lonavla, and also opening of club facilities near my residence. The club collected Rs. 20, 000 from me the same year towards registration of the above plot. I was also allotted a 1089 sqft plot in Tumkur at Bangalore under ‘Member Get Member’ scheme offered by the club; this was subsequently changed by the club to - 2000 sqft plot at Country club Kolad(Alibaug).

                                        In Dec'07, I was offered a 1350 sqft plot at Golf Village(Hyderabad) for which I paid Rs 45, 000 to Country Vacations(a division of Country Club).

                                        In Feb'09 I paid Rs 180, 000(inclusive of regn charges) to the club on an offer for upgradation of my Kolad plot to 20000 sqft(NA plot).

                                        I followed up several times to get my plots registered. However, once the club received the funds, they stopped responding. Finally in Jan'11, I was informed by the Corporate Manager Mr. Subba Rao(current position - Director) that the Lonavla project cannot be completed& I can opt for 2 plots at Hindupur-Bangalore in lieu of 1 plot at Lonavla; the value of the 2 plots was said to be roughly equal to the Lonavla plot I was giving up. Faced with no option, I accepted this offer and after numerous follow-ups, the plots were finally registered in Oct'13. They prepared a Gift Deed and registered the plot using POA. However, the agreement shows the plots as located in A.P and not Bangalore as earlier specified; also the deed shows the property value as only Rs 19, 000(38, 000 for 2 plots). They collected a total of Rs 30, 000 as registration charges for these plots and Rs 12, 000 as Kahata charges, in addition to the 1.75 lakhs paid towards membership and plot purchase price. I feel badly cheated since a plot in Lonavla as promised at the time of membership would obviously be worth much more. However, since I also had other plots to be registered with them, I did not lodge a formal complaint against them earlier, and kept pursuing them via calls, emails& visits to get my other plots registered.

                                        In 2012, I realised the payment of Rs 90, 000(out of 1.80 lakhs) I had paid in 2009 for the Kolad plot was misplaced by the club. I immediately contacted my bank& provided the payment details to the club. The club then informed me that the payment was credited to the Chennai branch& assured me that the error was sorted out. However, on a visit to the club in 2015 and when checking my accounts, I was shocked to know that Rs 90, 000 was still not accounted for. After endless follow-ups, false assurances& dead-ends, I finally made them rectify this mistake in April'16 and my payment now seems to have been correctly accounted for. They have not issued me a receipt for this payment& inspite of me requesting them for a receipt or duplicate receipt, they used to flatly refuse. Before taking my fight ahead, I wanted the club to account for this amount, or else I feared they would just siphon off my money.

                                        I managed to register my plot at Golf Village through Country Vacations in Sept'14 by paying Rs 20, 00 as registration& development charges. The plot value shows only Rs 45, 000(amount paid for the plot - 45k in 2007& 20k in 2014).

                                        As of now, I am unable to register my 20000 sqft NA plot at Kolad(full payment made by me in Feb'09). The club is coming up with the same excuse of project not working out& are instead offering me a 3000 sqft plot somewhere in Rajapur and also asking an additional 4-5 lakhs for this. Until recently, they kept assuring me that they would register my plot once a fresh inventory comes up. They had also asked an additional Rs 150, 000 for registration& NA conversion charges. I also sent them a copy of my RTC(7/12) document on their request to aid conversion to NA. Though the allotment letter clearly mentioned'No registration charges to be paid under Introductory offer', Mr Subba Rao stated that it was just a marketing strategy& mistake by their representatives, & I should pay Rs 1.50 lakhs. Thankfully, I wanted to wait until they register my other plots before trusting them with any further funds. I have tried the best I could to follow-up with them, spoke with every contact possible, but to no avail; Country Club has& continues to cheat every member in a similar manner and I have also read of instances of signature forgery done by them.

                                        Country club managed to cheat me since earlier I trusted the club quite a bit. So instead of going for other lucrative property investments which would have given me substantial returns, I rejected those offers and invested with the club, with the belief that the EMIs etc I was paying for years with a lot of hardships would some day give me good returns. Their promise of a club being opened up near my locality was also a hoax, and thereby I have never managed to use the facilities for which I paid such huge amounts. Also, they collect random amounts, years in advance on the pretext of plot regn, kahata charges etc, knowing very well that those projects will never come up; they also do not provide bifurcations of such amounts collected or show them in the customers account, or even provide receipts for these.

                                        I have manged to register 3 plots purchased from the club only after a lot of struggles. However, I am sure I have got a raw deal& have been cheated. When I was asked for additional funds to register etc, the only option I had was to - either pay up and hope I get the plot, or not pay& loose all the money already paid.
