This is regarding misbehaviour of your representative mr. Chiranjeev in your sarjapur branch office address is :- sarjapur branch, bangalore

I visited your office for activation member ship where we were attended by mr. Hari very gently.. But in the last, his senior mr chiranjeev (Manager) tried to insult my family values and forced us to take your membership against our wishes.. He misbehaved

I just wanted to bring this whole incidence in your notice so that this kind of incidence will not repeat in future with anyone.

I did pay all the amount for the country club and vacations including AMC amount until 2019 and one of your representatives calls up and asks for AMC for Country club at the time of membership card, They mentioned that for vacations i should pay 8K for 5 years for vacations, after that country club member ship is free for life time. Now your representative calls up and asks for AMC for country club saying you should pay ~8k every year why the hell we should take your member ship

its almost 1.2L + 8k*5 +7.5k*lifetime (say ~10 years) = 1.2 +40 + 80 = 2L we will get our own gym at our house for this amount.

I say that you guys mislead customers and make them to take membership card after that you start feeding on them slowly. This terrible .

Why on the earth you guys don't give proper info before joining if you say the correct info no one will join right thats the reason you guys fake.

I have purchased one package, as they are invited us as couple entry for seminar in pune Aundh office & cheated with me for Rs. 5000/- with swapping of CC. I have demand refund amount then they say it is not possible to refund same. One of the biggest cheater holiday company. I am not interested to take membership, but i have paid some amount ( 5000/-) for same they are not interested to refund same. They are torches to us for paying remaining amount.

This is for your ind attention that I have received a call from Miss Jaswinder ([protected])based at Noida office in Country Club regarding the payment of AMC for the year 16-17.She made a commitment with me that I would get the 1+1 offer on AMC i.e On the current year subscription of AMC against receipt No [protected] Dated 20-06-16 I would get the AMC for the year 16-17 as well as 17-18.She made a fraud with me and sent a receipt of one year only.I have made so many calls to her but she did not pick up my phone call.I made a call to Mr Hari Om based at the same office but no satisfactory reply has been given to me.I had contacted Mr B K Upadhaya AGM ([protected]) regarding my issue but I am waiting for his reply till today.

As per country club's representative suggest they transfer my membership.but now they no gave me any proper response.as well as they playing wrong statement for membership, I have to find client and gave them.right now I need my money due to family reasons as soon as earlier but from last 10days they no gave proper result.kindly help me for resolving my problem.

1) On 10th of April 16, I was called for a meeting at Shivaginagar Country Vacations Office to come and collect some free gift own in a lottery. I and my wife attended that meeting based on curiosity.

Same day during this meeting, we were offered Country Vacation plan, where a manager from that team, Mr. Thousif, explained about this offer. That offer consist of following point but not limited to
a. 6 nights and 7 days...

With due respect it is stated that I have got a call from your representative Ms. Chetna on 23rd of Aug. 2016 to attend a meeting to be held on 24th of Aug, 2016 in Hotel Shri rattanam, in Patiala, Punjab along with my spouse and to collect a free holiday gift voucher from there. So I along with my wife and daughter go there to attend the meeting on 24th of Aug. Your representative attended me and take one hour to brief me the plans of your company and I really like that. I want to join as a member with you, but I want some more time to decide and to consult with my son before investing with you. But your representative attending me got irritated on demanding more time to decide and started insulting me . She started misbehaving me in front of your Manager and my family. This was highly unaffordable for me at that moment and i don't expect such a rude behaviour from the employee of a company with good fame. So I request you to take a strict action on such a rude person so that no more customer like me decided not to join your club.

I was called by Country club to provide 6N/7D free voucher, upon reaching "Charmhood village Faridabad club" I was briefed about membership. I was promised following promotional offers by "TO manager-Raman Thakur -[protected]", "Sumit Kumar- [protected]" and "Manish Keer [protected]"


1. 4 Round trip Dubai Air tickets, 2N/3D stay along with all three meals food vouchers
2. 4 round trip air tickets of anywhere in India, 6N/7D stay and all three meals for the duration
3. 6N/7D RCI stay ( they said this is our partner hotel stay)
4. 2x5500 Air vouchers
5. First year annual maintenance exemption


They also talked about Apple 5s also but later Raman Thakur denied.


I signed membership form on 4th Aug and got welcome kit on 21st Aug'16. In between I talked to them multiple times about promotional offers, every time I was told rest assured you will get them once you receive your welcome kit.


I was surprised to see none of the promotional offers is there, and to my surprise when I talked to Sumit, Raman and Manish that where are promotional offers. Everyone clearly denied that we never gave you such offers.


This was the sock of my life, I trusted on Country club brand and got my lesson of life that never trust anyone.


Attached is the presentation paper that your staf[censored]sed, It proves that they talked about these offers all the time.


Request you to take some serious action because they are spoiling CC brand name and for me either return my money or give the offers that your team committed.

We were invited by Country Club(CC) and they told that we are lucky winners for CC 25 years celebration offer.
they told us that by paying Rs 80, 000 we would be getting 5 years of Club Vacation (6days & 7 Nights) each year and also FREE CC Club Life Membership free (no charges)
But during the confirmation call customer care told us that we have been given CC Club card for 80, 000 and also we have to pay additional 5K each year as Club charges.

This amount was not told us before.
Now we are trying to talk to their Manager but no one is picking the phone and address our concern when we visited their office.

Hi, had call with country club representative regarding booking of holidays, but she didn't had any information about booking procedure. She Initially gave me wrong information, which was Then turned down by her senior.Then had to ask for senior, but even she was unprofessional and shown irresponsible behavior. Before completing booking she gave away call to other representative irresponsibly.They even didn't bothered to completed my booking for Goa.
I had also recorded whole conversation as an evidence. Even before was cheated by country club.

When we going for membership that time your company promised us so many thing. but in one year when ever I call them not give the proper response not give any thing what they are promise. Your company only take the big membership amount and cheating with all people. previously I think country club is so nice. But now I understand you guys are cheater.

I have paid an amount of 1 lac 35 thousand to Country Club based on the fake promises they provided earlier. After the amount has been paid, they are not providing any of the offers that they promised earlier. They are running a fraudulent business and many complaints against them have been logged earlier. All I want is a refund of the money that I have paid. They are not even replying to any communication of ours. We have been harassed and cheated by this fake club providing all false details. I visited dubai in April-2016, Through their promotion in Malls, I fell to thier trick. and took life membership for 32000 Dirhams and paid all of it upfront. They promised me, Annually 6 night 7 day pacakge. with allmost 40% dicount on air fares, they will take care of visa to any country, free hotel with food and even transportation between cities. also free health club memberships, for which I need to pay annual maintenance of 1200 Dhirhams. after the membership, I wanted to book for my vacation of north India, Del-Jaipur-Agra- Delhi, in first week of August-2016.
They said I need to pay Annual maintenance of 1200 Dhirhams again, also they did not agree to book a hotel in Delhi, as they said I have to stay in Goregao as they do not have facility in Delhi. then they refused to book air-tickets with promised discount saying that, they only provide lodging. that's all! no visas will be arranged, or tickets will be booked or no intercity transportaion, no food, nothing except hotel rooms, that too redistricted of their choice. not my choice.

If I knew, it is only a hotel, then I will never cough that much money. I can easily book hetels around the world on net of my choise and with compitative rates.also there are many travel agencies, who will provide me with visa endorsement service and intercity travel. so iam not inetreste din their membership. I need my money back.

They do not have health club facility from CCIL in city I live in. so I have availed any of thier facilities except the complimentary TV they gave me when I paid them lifetime membership fee. I am willing to return that complimentary gift as it is still packed.( we did not open it yet, as we have bigger and better TV set at home)

I am writing this in regards to fraud and cheating done by country vacations club, and i became victim of their fraud and paid rs 77000/-. This amount i paid for taking club membership fee, though am not interested but their sales team and managers forced me to take membership by giving false gifts and promises. All this incidence happened in unusual circumstances and i agreed to this payment under false promises made by country club sales manager, this agreement was made on 15th may 2016 but without my notice they included no refund statement in the agreement, and they didn't give enough time to read agreement details and took my credit card. My card got swiped without my notice and is done before i read agreement. My credit card doesn't require pin to complete transaction, and without my notice this transaction got completed.

I noticed something fishy in the agreement and with country club vacations sales team, i asked country club vacations about this fraud transactions and they started saying to go through club membership details and if i don't like i can cancel the agreement and they will do full refund of my money. Next day i requested for cancelling the agreement and to refund the amount, but they are not willing to do it saying no refunds can be made as per agreement.

I informed my bank to cancel this transaction on my credit card, they also unable to help me in this fraud transaction. Country club vacations which is doing lot of illegal activities and luring customers with false statements and collecting huge club membership fees without providing any kind of services, they start their illegal tactics by collecting customers personal details in all malls across india, malls sales persons informs customers about a lottery they are going to draw for gift voucher distribution. These mall owners also involved in this fraud by sharing customer personal details to country club vacations. From then country club sales team starts calling customers by saying they won lucky couple coupon as part of lottery drawn on club anniversary, they will promise free gifts worth rs 25000/- and 40 min session on club member ship details. These people try at any cost to draw people attention towards their office, they play lot of tricks after reaching their office and during discussions and it goes on for no end and they will not leave until that customer become club member. During the session they make lot of false statements, false gifts, false benefits which they are going to offer with club membership.

This is a big scam by country vacations doing it from many years, and many people are suffering by paying huge amounts as club member ship fee without having any kind of service from them. Many people are suffering and customers never got dispute resolved in favor of them, they have prepared membership agreement which has many loop holes and if customer once sign that document then they cannot fight legally in any other way. No courts and no police can help. Its big 1000’s of crores scam happening from many years under support from corrupted politicians, corrupted media who never takes up such issue and they never bring awareness to people on this company. Even many corrupted law enforcing people are behind this scam and protecting the interests of country club vacations and also theirs. With great loss of my hard earned income, and considering the same fate happened to many middle class people across india. Am writing this message to you sir to initiate strict action against these fraud companies,

I have tried other methods with no success and in with little hope and with great respect on you solving such corruption in my great country am writing to you about this country club vacations scam. Please help me and help indian citizens from becoming a victim to such fraud companies.
