    After making payment their sales executives Shalvin ([protected]), Salman ([protected]) & Revati([protected]) disclosed various and actual facts. Various commitments given before payment were all fake.

    I sent the central customer care a refund request along with my bank account cancelled cheque which was delivered...

    I have a membership ZING 105A. From last month GYM facility is closed for Country club members in PRO FITNESS GYM. They told us that Country club have not paid there dues to them. So now they will not allow any Country club members. Unfortunately I have not received any msg. from Club and now where to start GYM activity .

      Had informed last year to your executive to cancel my membership asap and also when he told me on the phone about cost etc..had told him if any refund can be given back hood else ALSO IT IS FINE if no amount is refunded just cancel from database.

      It looks like either it is still not done or updated in records..as my still getting emails/calls about the same

        This COuntry club membership was given to us by fraud and uncommitted promises.
        the sales people talk a lot of false commitments, which later you understand that they are all fake commitments made.
        during the complete process, they have high music in the room, so that peoples minds get diverted and thinking process completely reduces.
        this high volume music is just to distract people from thinking.
        here they show all face promises.
        I had been asked to pay 300000+ amount for too good services,
        getting 3 rooms in any hotel with 10 people able to stay for 7 days 6 Adults and 4 children.
        and 2 children can be interchanged with 1 adult.
        free pickup drop facility from airport to the hotel.
        free breakfast and lunch in the hotel .. for the complete period we stay
        free site seeing, only petrol money will be changed.
        even abroad travels are included similarly.
        but when you call and ask, they said only 1 room will be given, and only 4 to 6 poeple allowed.
        no breakfast and lunch included.
        no free taxi service

        it was just 1 or 2 rooms at the max they will give and also they will be 3star .. as per what was promised is the rooms will be 4+ start always.

        complete cheating has been done with us. and we also had called country club people to police station in Pune.
        their they commited they will give everything but again the same story started.

        we would want all our money be re-imbursed to us.
        bellow is the mail sent to countryclub as well, but they do not respond and now all the emails are blocked and not available to send.

        This is Shalaka Kutty and my Parents Prabhakar Kutty and Shobha Kutty are members of COuntry club.
        we were given this membership as part of a selection in Kakde mall. My parents were invited for the gifts that they were suppose to collect from the connaught place building near wadia collage.
        they were called from 5 to 7PM and I also joined them later.
        We were given heavy promises, and the environment which is set up in the office room, had a very loud music, somehow this seems to distract the people who come and visit.
        Later there were 2 sales people who introduced themselves. 1st one was ROhit Gaikwad, who was explaining about the membership and mentioning that this year in 2018, they are giving extra benefits to customers. Benefits which were promised to us are noted in points below.
        Rohit Gaikwad, did mention about his Manager who will come down and explain about the membership and benefits more in details. Sudhir Khilari came forward as Manager explaining about the benefits.
        somehow my Parents were not agreeing to it and also left the premises. but Rohit came after them to stop and explained to hear to them and later take a decision.
        My parents entered the office again and even i joined them later.
        during that time it seems like the sales people do not allow us to read the documents carefully, the high volume music seems to distract the people and does not make them concentrate on the documents.
        also the sales team does make sure that people do not read the documents and before they start reading the sales person tries to distract them via talks and giving only verbal confirmations.
        we had even suggested that we will take the form home and come tomorrow for payment, but they were not even allowing us to do the same. May be this was one of their tricks that we should not read the documents.

        below are the points which were confirmed to us :

        1. My parents Prabhakar Kutty and Shobha Kutty, get 2 separate cards in this membership and 1 country club card - total 3 cards
        2. Total 6 Adults and 4 Children will be allowed on these cards. 1 Adult can be considered in replacement for 2 children, this was also mentioned to us. so if no children are joining then the total number of Adults will be 8
        3. we will get 3 separate rooms for our stay in hotel with this membership, with no extra payment.
        4. we will be provide breakfast and dinner with this membership without any extra payment. it was also mentioned that lunch is not provided as people are out and food gets wasted so we do not provide lunch.
        5. hotel cab will be provided for complete day, and only fuel charges we will have to bear. only fuel charges with no extra cost
        6. the 2 cards can be even transferred to children, which means - Prabhakar Kuttys card goes to 1 Child with family and other card on SHobha Kutty will go to another child with family.
        7. we will also be provided free passes for special occasions in country club premises. we will get extra passes if needed as well for any such special occasions like new yr, diwali, sankranti etc being celebrated in country club etc.
        6. it was also mentioned that if we are travelling in the year, we will be paying 10, 000Rs only for that year ... and no other extra cost.

        hope we get same benefits in written, so that there are no arguments once we come to the office each time for any travel/vacation that we would opt for.
        we were cheated by Sudhir and team and we have no trust left on words now from any of the country club member, we would want everything in written to be sure that things are in place.
        please help get these benefits applied for our membership, else we would be really looking forward for a complete refund of the money that we have paid till now.

          I have downloaded the app of country club from play store.Its easy to operate from the site but it does not show all the available resorts such as it does not show property of manesar...I wish they could update the information provided by the app...Further they promised to revive the expired holidays and also promised to give group booking but now everytime they just postpone the things...I requested the concerned person but all in vein

            I am Feroz Rasheed. My Membership No: CVCA1MPCLUB5LB267980.

            I joined here in November 2019

            As per the agreement signed from your Calicut, Kerala office, it is mentioned in the agreement that AMC to be paid only at the time o[censored]tilizing Vacations Facilities only, not yearly). Till now I didnt utilized any of your services.

            If there is option here for attaching the scanned copy, i will attach.

            But still I am getting calls and mails for me to pay AMC( which i was not supposed to pay as per the agreement.

            I had informed directly at office and mailed to the concerned Calicut branch of yours. But no replies recieved till now.

            Please wave off my AMC currently showing as pending ASAP.

              Hi myself VYOMESH PATEL, and my membership I'd is CVBRD1TCLUB30LB234072, I get it from Dubai in 2014 and they give me wrong commitment of getting all facility in Polo club, and after that they transferred to my home town Eve after I got continuous mail and call for AMC and even I paid all but when I booked my holidays they denied to give me for whole family. So what is the use after paid almost of five lac of amount. So I send so many mails for cancellation and refund but no reply. So I am going to put a police complaint against them.

                  We Had Taken Country Club Membership On 20 Dec 19. But We Received Our Club And Vacations Cards In Feb 20. Before We Could Avail Even A Single Service Of Countryclub (I.E Club Or Vacations) There Was A Lockdown Due To Covid. We Are In May 21 And Have Not Availed Any Of Their Services.                       Firstly, I received a call stating that I have won something and need to come to their office and collect. Later they bragged about their services and about their country club vacations and membership plans. As me and my husband love travelling we thought it might be a good option of enrolling
                      Later they made us to do the payment of 128000 and in which Ms. Rashmi from country club ghatkopar branch promised with flight tickets, spa coupons etc. After the payment they showed us the contract. They didn't even let us read and said it's a formality and not to worry about the services.
                      After the payment, no calls, no services nothing. Every year they call and harass us for AMC payments. I have drafted them e-mails but no reply. I've complained on receiving AMC calls but those guys say we don't know what sales people have committed to you. We are just calling to collect the money.
                      I just want refund as I have not used any of their services.
                      They had told me if I don't use I can sell it anytime but when I approached them to sell my membership they told me to get your friend or relative. I'm not stupid to make my friends or relatives to fall in this trap.

                        This is regarding expression of my grievance towards Country Club India Ltd (CCIL), Noida outlet.

                        Very convincingly, CCIL executive showed me various options available for Clubbing and Holidays available with them. These people are selling membership with false statements, that they have many clubs and resorts in Delhi and all over the India. While selling the membership to us (40000/- for 5 years, Holiday & Vacation type), we were not informed about the same. We were assured that with this membership, we can avail 6 nights-7 days stay at any of their property that are spread all over the country free of cost as membership fee has already been paid.

                        After lot many unsuccessful follow ups with them, we got the membership card after 3 months. While trying to book for a trip for Manali, we got to know that they have one just 9 Holiday locations available to booked in their website, that too nothing in the North. When we contacted their local customer care (after repeated number o[censored]nsuccessful emails and calls to their central customer care on which they never replied), we were informed that they do not have any property in North, and we will have to book in an affiliated Hotel and will have to pay affiliation fee + taxes that would be around 4500 for 3 days. Now our concern is over 2 points listed below, that we specified to them as well.

                        Extra Charges for affiliated properties. This is something that was never informed. Our membership was supposed to have 6 nights 7 days stay without any extra charges as those would be covered under Membership fee of 40000 Rs that has been paid by us. Now I being living in North India, wouldn’t every time plan for a south visit to stay at your resorts/properties. Besides if I am planning for a south visit for a week, I would like to cover most of the destinations in one tour itself. So, their membership would not be of any use for me post one tour.
                        Membership fee 5000 per year. Again this is something that we were never informed about during the initial induction and sale of membership but are being asked to pay now till the period the membership will hold good.


                        Besides if I have to pay 4500+taxes for a stay of 3 days at a 3 -star hotel, CCIL membership would be of no use in such case. I can very well book the same without any monetary loss even if I do not hold the membership.


                        I didnt hear back from them post these queries that I posted to them. Then, I dropped them multiple mails to cancel my membership.

                        Since last few years, they have been continuously sending me mails regarding AMC payment. I havent ever used any of their properties and I am not liable to pay AMC. It was anyways never communicated earlier as well.

                              We had opted for the country club holiday package. It's been more then 1.9yrs we opted for it but till date we have not been able to encash even a single day of holiday with this package.

                              Their representative Mr.Nadeem came to us with big mouth that he'll do this and that..but he never turned up after the package. We might have called him 50 times but he never bothered to answer back. One fine day he gave his colleagues number he answered for sometime but after that he too didn't bothered to answer back and help us out do the booking. His name was Abrar...This the way company treat their customer after to have taken money..

                                Sir, it is submitted that I am a Country Club Red Season member. I had already paid my AMC for whole membership period by paying extra Rs. 1, 00, 000/-. Now, I thinK you people are cheating your members with false promises. I upgrade my membership from Blue season to Red season by paying Rs. 1, 50, 000 extra in the year 2019 by your employee Puneet Khurana at Country Club, Faridabad, Haryana stated that you will not to pay any utility charges while staying at our associated properties. The same is written on my membership details (see attachment). I had also staying at your associated property at Jaipur in 2019 and no utility charges were paid by me then. Now today when I try to book holiday to Jaipur, it asked for utility charges.. Why??? I called everyone but nobody solve my query n give satisfactory reply.. I am fed up of your false promises and cheating of your members.
                                You, are therefore requested to kindly cancel my membership and return my money back as I will surrender my membership due to your cheating done by you.

                                  Before taking membership..many promises are made by the concerned persons, Mr.Ravi Kumar (Manager) and another staff member Karuna Sri..regarding the benifits or offers.. provided by the country club..
                                  1)They said they arrange interest free loan of Rs 50, 000/_, that can be paid by me in 36 EMI, in a week's time..I submitted all the relevant documents for that purpose..But so far not implemented..and they are not lifting my calls also...I requested them to refund my amt paid by me..So far no response..

                                  2)They also said members have the facility of life insurance of 6 lakhs, including 1lakh for medical expenses..for both wife and husband, in a year..but so far not implemented..
                                  3) Apart from this many offers like free accommodation in a resort, and boarding..for a week, once in a year..for the maximum 8 members..and free sight seeing..
                                  4) Also said ..free booking of function hall once in a year..in Hyderabad if we need to celebrate any functions..
                                  5) They also said..they refund Rs 30, 000/_if we don't avail holiday trip of one week..
                                  Like this many offers..they said..
                                  But so far the basic things.. mentioned above in items (1) and( 2)... regarding loan of 50, 000/_with zero percent interest and medical insurance..are not implemented so far.. Inspite of several calls by me, they are not answering properly and also not lifting my calls..
                                  So under these conditions, I lost hope on their execution of false promises...
                                  I request you to kindly refund my amount paid 50, 400/_..to the Club vacations..two months back..i.e on 23/12/2020..
                                  They have issued cards on 21/01/2021, but they are of no use for me..
                                  Iam here with attaching the Receipt..of Rs 50, 000/_ sent by them...
                                  They have taken an agreement after payment of membership fee, and in that the rules and regulations are not intimated, and they are printed with very small letters..not visible..
                                  Your earliest response is highly appreciated..

                                    I am Mantu. I have paid INR 1, 40, 000 for 10 Years membership in country club on .
                                    It was said that the amount will deducted on a monthly basis for the next 12 months. However, it was deducted in one go without EMI.

                                    It was promised to me that I can cancel the membership after 1 year.
                                    I have been trying to reach out to them from last 6-7 months. However, they said it's non-refundable and disconnect my calls without answering any further queries.

                                    I have visited today only Country club office but decline to cancel the membership.
                                    After reading all the reviews and witnessing unreliable, non-stable promises, I badly want to cancel this country club membership.

                                    Please help me out.

                                    Thank you for the update.
                                    It doesn't look like the Country Club India is going to take any action on it even though they received a notification from the Consumer Complaints.

                                    Hence, I request you to please take this seriously and help me out.
                                    During this COVID times, it has been a tough time economically and I get calls from Country Club on a regular basis to pay annual maintenance charge.

                                    Request you to please help me on this and help me get my refund amount.
