Hello! This is to inform you that I joined Country Club Membership on 31.8.2018, with the name Parveen Kumar, Membership id - CCCDG203V5LB30384, Contact No –[protected], Email id : [protected]@gmail.com. I paid the amount of 5, 000 as a Cash on the joining day and the Rest of the 20, 000 and 25, 000 through net banking. I paid Total amount of 50, 000 to Country Club. Within Just 5 Days of joining Country Club Membership, I cancelled my Membership from the Country Club under the Cooling-off Period of 10 Working Days and requested the Refund of all the 50, 000 back. As per the All India Resort Development Association (AIRDA) http://www.airda.org/ rules, “ it’s clearly mentioned that any consumer can cancel the Membership in the Cooling-off period of 10 Working Days. ” Note : I was still under the Cooling-off Period of 10 Working Days As per the All India Resort Development Association (AIRDA). I still had 5 Days More in the Cooling-off period of 10 Working Days. So, I visited the Country Club office at Paras Down Town Mall, Zirakpur, Punjab. The HR Manager at the office assured me that, Since you’re cancelling the Country Club Membership under the Cooling-off Period of 10 Working Days. You will receive your Total Refund of 50, 000. After couple of days I got an Email from their Central Customer Care in Hyderabad which said Shruti Kola CVHYD4121 [protected]@countryvacationsmail.com “ Dear Member, Good Afternoon ! With reference to your e-mail, we would like to inform you that as per the signed agreement and company policy nominal charges of Rs.3800/- will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded within 120 working days from the date of invoking cool off period. we have forwarded your e-mail to concern accounts team and the moment we get an revert from them we will update you the status accordingly . Thanks & Regards Shruti, Central Customer Care, [protected] Hyderabad http://reviews.countryclubindia.net/ Follow us here! ” For More Details :- I am hereby attaching the copy of “Email that I got from Shruti Kola on 25 SEPT, 2018” JPG file. Shruti Kola mentioned that we would like to inform you that as per the signed agreement and company policy nominal charges of Rs.3800/- will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded within 120 working days from the date of invoking cool off period. But! Even It’s been more than 120 Days now. I still haven’t received my refund until today. Country Club Hospitality & Holidays Limited fails to comply with refunding the amount. I have had enough now. I am fed up with following them from the last 6 Months through emails and phone calls. They are mentally harassing me over and over again. I need the full Compensation of at-least 1, 00, 000 for continuously harassing me from the last 6 months.
