Country Club India — terms & conditions in agreement is quite opposite what they explained - later denied the cancellation | |||
Hi, I have got a call that we have been selected in a lucky draw and we visited sarjapur, bangalore branch and was been explained about their country vacations plan for 2 executives. They said lot of offers and once i have been paid that amount then no need to pay any thing and no taxes and extra charges. Country vacations will take care of everything and can see everything in the app and customer care support will help us. We paid 52500. Once after the payment they said lot of terms and conditions. It was too late after 2-3 hrs spends and we came home and read all the terms and conditions. What ever they have been explained is a complete opposite and i do remember which they explained about the cooling period within 10 days i can cancell without charges i didn't use the offers. I visited 2 times to branch but they deniended and they said to end an email to the headoffice. I did for 3 times but till now i have not received any reply. No customer care caller is picking the calls. Please suggest me anybody on this issue what i'm facing. Was this information helpful? | |||

I am also victim of country holiday vacation...complaint on this website is of no use as i have tried also. So, initiation has been taken by us (victims of country holiday vacation) by adding victims on whatsapp group so that we can file a case against these fraudulent activities of this company. My name is Amit Kumar Goyal [protected], Jaipur, Rajasthan. Please call me on this number. We are many persons of same/different issue and I am talking to all. We have to fight altogether legally because employees of this company are shameless with no ears and eyes. I have complaint about this company on PM office online and the complaint was forwarded to Rajasthan, Police Jaipur. I was called by police officer and took my statement on 01.01.2018 but police is not interested to do anything about this. Govt and police is not for common middle-class families like us. They listen but not do anything.

I am also suffering with same cancellation problem.
So whoever is ready to go with me, call me [protected]. And lets plan to go for a DHARNA in front of any local branch. They are making customers by giving fake information and they making money as much as they get from member.
IF we all join at one place and if we do DHARNA for 2-3 days then the CEO of company will come down to resolve the issues of members
Hope its clear, if interested lets join and fight against this fraud company.
