Dear Sir, My name is Ram Krishna Pandey. i have paid 12500/- through ICICI bank credit card to Country club City square Mall office on 02/08/2014 for membership . but till date i have not received any document related to my membership. i have already communicated through ph and mails so many times(8-10 reminders) but not getting any response from their side. Pls resolve my issue immediately and refund my money with interest.i have already suffered from last 2 yrs. Pls find enclosed copy of payment receipt. Till date i have not received any mail or call from country club. pls do resolve my case immediately. it is already pending for a long period.
