Complaint stands as follows.
Subject
We keep sufficient amount with country delight by trusting on them that this amount would be utilised for our order only. And not for any order which is never placed by us as per their own discretion. To place any order and to cancel it also at their wish and whin. What exactly they have done today on 2nd October 2025.
Our reply to the country delight. Instead of answering to the point, they have attempted to victimise us.
I have neither placed any order nor I have cancelled one. It is your madam who is the real culprit. And instead of taking action against her, you are victimising us. So this is country delight and the way of working of its people.
And what is the point in attending your call when you apparently do favour the culprit just because she happens to be your staff. What a great justice?
Why you are not providing the audio clip to prove the truth?
And what they have done.
Instead of punishing the real culprit, they have victimised us by dictating that in future they will stop any promotional scheme for us. What a great, black any illegal favour to the madam who had placed the order and cancelled also without our consent. What a risk to our fund we have kept with them they can utilise for any order to sell their product anytime without our consent. What a malpractice to sell their product punishable under the consumer protection act 1986.
