Country Delight is gang of cheaters. At the time of placing order they will show discounted price but they'll deduct higher price from your wallet post delivery. It only gives you wallet option to pay. You have to recharge it's wallet before placing any order. Further, they don't even listen to you if you raise any complaint with them. The customer care will call you and will keep on saying "a notification was shown at the time of placing the order that you may be charged at higher price". They will hog all the money from your wallet and then deliver only partial order. The quality of the fruits, veggies will be nothing but rotten. Don't buy anything from them. They are totally fraudsters.

This is to inform you all that this company is a big fraud, it deducts the customers wallet balance and didnt provide any solution. On 12 April they have sent me the bucket that I have not ordered and deduct my balalnce of 700 approx, When I reached to customer care then they take back the orders but didnt refund my balance inspite of so many reminders, Even the Order pick up is not slowing at the app.
I think its a good compnay but now I got dissatisfied and want to file a case aginst this company in consumer court.

I placed order of two ghee boxes yesterday at Rs. 485 each(total Rs.970) and order was placed successfully showing Rs. 970 to be paid. After delivery of products my country delight app wallet was deducted with Rs.1418(extra rs.448). Now you people are not at all providing any solution for the same even after I made so many calls. My complaint no. RCA4773870 has not yet been resolved.

1 We have placed order for fruits to country delight details as per the attached PDF file, but were shocked it to find they were less in weight
2. We immediately reported the matter and lodged our grievance through email and to their customer care people also on call.
3. We have sent there snapshot also showing less weight for the fruit supplied by them.
4. They promised the refund would be made in 24 to 48 hours.
5. But no refund was made by them.
6. At the time of delivery, we asked the delivery man to wait so that we can check the weight in front of him. But he refused and rushd away.
7. Country delight has deducted the total bill amount from our wallet before delivery as they do not have any provision of COD and now they are not refunding but harassing wasting our valuable time.
8. After the order is placed, they do not have any provision to send confirmatory email conforming the details of the order to the client, to let him confirm the details if any discrepancy exists.
9. Why should we suffer and waste our so much time over such a tiny issue, due to their negligence and deficiency to have no control over the items supplied by them to check the weight before the items leave their godown.
10. Such harassment amounts to punishable under the consumer protection act 1986 for heavy penalty under the act.

Country delight support such delivery boy and its customer care call center also used for such communication of personal image damaging the activities that don't do by me.

Its ilegal sex work, understanding of delivery boys and whole customer support center across communication will tease based on these delivery boy actually shaping this work, so without which country delight not supported them till time, even each day i was reporting through email to there custmer mechanism and police are added later still country delight just kept it on hold for what ? is country delight had any right to print they are honest milk company, if so without fire of those milk delivery boy sent them to police and bear that this is not honest milk company to make propoganda as they are honest milk company, i experienced same mohan bhalerao

5.if order not deliver...they dont inform us in advance ao that will take neccessary actions.

We have complained[protected] for broken jar of ghee still not resolved while given assuring that would be resolved in 24 hours. I am surprised broken jar also taken by Country delight team from my home three days ago and given assurance will be replaced or refunded money still not resolved and making call on customer support not responding properly even called me up and given assurance would be resolved soon and sending a massage that query has been resolved.
Request you please see the matter.

I have ordered a product for delivery on 25 July 2022. the product was not delivered but they said it is delivered.
On following up with customer care they say we couldn't deliver due to product shortage... But they have charged me

I purchased a subscriprion of country delight in the month of Mah y 2022. After the end of subscription I requested them to refund the amount in my wallet back to the source. It was done and I had cancelled my further orders as well. They still delivered an order of 6 paneers, which I never ordered. I made a complaint regarding the same on their app and asked then to get them picked up as I have not ordered them . If I wanted to order why...

Country Delight is charging more than what is showing in their portal. They charged me 65 when there portal is showing 57.5.

We have subscribed for milk in Country delight for the past 2 days. We are receiving poor quality milk regarding this. We raised the complaint in country delight customer care on 21st May 2022 at 9 o'clock with complaint number 1653 but we have not received any response from them.

Observed so many complaints against country delight...

I have installed and filled my wallet with about 7k rupees to just get 3 tender coconut from country delight on a daily basis. It’s been more than a month now and I am totally disappointed with their fake claims. Their advertisement is very where on YouTube and other social media that their tender coconut water will not be less than 200ml though they exaggerate stating it will have about 300 ml guaranteed etc. just exactly for 5 days in the beginning of my subscription they sent tender coconuts which are of minimum 200 ml . However after that it’s only small and matured coconut with only 100 ml of water has been delivered. I pay about 170 rupees for 3 tender coconuts everyday and still get such poor quality less water and matured coconuts delivered. I have registered several complaints and they parrot the same verse “sorry for the inconvenience caused ma’am, this won’t repeat again” but literally no steps taken. They close our complaints without even our confirmation. See the size of the coconuts in the picture. Earlier it used to have stickers of Countrydelight but now that is also not there. I am just waiting for my wallet money to get used and then I will delete this fraudsters ka fraudulent app. They had delivery issues and that was refunded to me after several follow up. Nowadays delivery is regular but poor quality so called tender coconuts are being supplied. No integrity and I am sure this kind of business will die soon just like mushrooms die after rains. Such cheaters con us so easily knowing our requirements and taking full advantage. I am super busy else I would have sued them for unfair trade practices .

I have been a long time customer of country delight for their coconut water. They have a recurring problem of less than the promised quantity. They promise 275-300 ml. The container I empty the water in everyday is calibrated. What I have observed is that their quantity drop below promised level happens for a few days (3 to 5 days) consecutively and it recurs every month. I am no enemy of country delight. I have been taking the product since really long. I have had no problems.
I usually get up early and also hang the basket at night so morning the milk delivery can be in the basket. But yesterday I forgot. And following morning I couldnt get up early.
The milk was kept at my door step no bell was rang. I got up to see the cat near the milk and my door. Since the packet was not broken from anywhere at all . It was intact no leak. So I boiled the milk made my tea. There was a bad smell in the tea, FISHY AND WORMY TASTE. Since I had added the gulab jamun broth to it. I thought that would have spoiled Only to realize this was the cat . It had spoiled the milk even without breaking the packet. I called up the country delight customer care to mention what had happened as I thought to my HORROR what if a mother had given this milk to her BABY. Thought this was NECESSARY to bring to notice.

I had recently downloaded Country Delight App for ordering packed buffalo milk.

They asked me to recharge my wallet twice by Rs 250
Since I successfully referred the company to few friends, they added money in my wallet as incentive...

Despite ordering 5 times in last 5 days, they are not prepared to deliver me ghee and are also not refunding my wallet money...

I started using country delight last month thro the recommendation by my aunt. Recently they launched coconut water which I started to buy it every day. Yesterday the capped coconut waters I got were both half empty which itself was weird. And when I took it and drank it, it tasted weird like some other fluid. I had just a sip and I ended up feeling nauseous. Ended up puking in my restroom for 10 minutes. I first thought it might be spit or some poisonous substance due to the vomit by then I poured a bit of it on a glass and realized it's just spoilt coconut water. The last time I contacted their support for a referral issue and they resolved it really quickly but it's been over a day and no response from them on this matter. Disappointing service by a company that claims to be an "honest milk company".
