1. The company country holidays inns and suites, hereinafter called chis with sales offices in tdi mall, rajouri garden and mgf metropolitan mall, saket in new delhi is a fraud (R) fraud.
2. They claim to have 147 hotels/resort properties. They are liers.
They have none (R) none. Not a single 5 star property is owned by chis.
3. All thier claims, promises, assurances of providing 5 star vacations, suites/cottages, all three buffet 5 star meals for rs 400 per person etc, are all lies and fraudulent mis-representation.
4. They follow unethical trade practices. The web forum is full of similar complaints against chis.
5. I have not used any (R) any of thier services or vouchers.
My rs 2, 76, 755 (R) rs 2, 76, 755 has been fraudulently cheated by this firm. Inspite of 08 e - mails and at least 25 phone calls to the customer care head mr rahul arora and general manager, mr ujjwal rai, they are not returning /refunding my money.
6. I am a serving defence officer, with 27 years of service. This is how this company is behaving with serving defence officer's.
7. Police complaint has been lodged.
