My Self, Pareshkumar C. Dave and my wife, Sunita Rani, we have got our membership with CHIS
number CHISSRK[protected] yrs 6N/7D-T1 unit)
We have paid 150000/- One lacs fifty thousand on June 2019.

After that we have approached several times to the CHIS for several service requests but they are always making excuses and asking for more n more money.
Because of Corona pandemic, we could not travel much.
When we are asking for services they are asking for more money. Not even replying to us.
Very pathetic services and just looting money from us.
We have also filed complaint here in this forum but they didnt provided any resolution.

    Dear CHIS team,

    I am very disappointed that i have not been provided any good services at all which you guys promised. I have been mis sold this package with all the lies by your sales team.

    They first took the payment and then gave the contract later so that was very clever move by sales team to trap us. Manipulating us with all the promises made and didn't even give enough time to read contract properly as it was already 11:30pm in the night and told us that everything they have promised ll be provided. Also you guys kept the contract with yourself and sent us months later so customer can't read it immediately.

    These are the lies your sales team had done:

    1) CHIS has completed 25 years so we are providing this offer which we normally sell at double the price. Big lie by your team.

    2) They showed us mayfair goa resort but everytime i enquired you guys gave contract renewal reasons and that was one of the major factor i bought this membership and thus you failed to provide services on that.

    3)They told us you can book Roseate every time you want with any of the available nights. But everytime i enquired your team said it is not available and is only for complimentary offers not for normal booking.

    4) They highlighted that CHIS has launched the booking app and you can always book the hotel from CHIS app. I found that false as well after buying your membership.

    5) And the most important No need to pay next year AMC until you complete the 6 night booking for the advance payment of AMC that i had done.

    My first booking was also horrible where you didn't clear the payment to Hyatt Gurgaon and they stopped me from checking out and you guys wasted many hours to clear the payment and i was stuck.

    I have given you 1 lakh rs and only got services worth even less than 15000.
    If you can't give me services based on that i want a refund of rest of the balance since you have failed in all the promises that sales team had done while selling the membership.
    Please discuss the refund procedure or i will go to consumer court.

      From November onwards we are continuing contacted Chis team through mail and telephonic but as always they are giving excuses every month without any genuine reason firstly in December due to new year excuses and in January they are sold out in February they are full in March they shared only 2 properties from all over india then we choose the one because we don't have any choice but today I received that mail "
      Note :- We are hereby informed, that as per the inventories Weekends of Good-Friday and Holi are sold out already due to high occupancy. " Even the dates I had mentioned is not falling in between holi and good Friday this shows that they are giving excuses just to avoid booking. I didn't see that type of fraud company and the staff. I want to file legal against that company for not providing booking after taking my 2.5 lac money. Anyone who is also fooled by company please contact and join as I am going to file case in CHIS for this.

        I am requesting them from November for booking but till now they are giving same excuses we don't have inventory or booking for this specific date( I changed the date/ month of booking 3-4 time due to this issue). Now the other reason added we are providing you the 1 day booking in this month so not providing you the other mentioning booking in the same month. This is totally scam in contract nowhere mentioned that you cannot take the 2 booking in the same month. At the time of booking told us we can book that anytime without any time limitations now your team is saying you there is a time difference of 1 month between 2 bookings??

        IS CHIS making there customer fool so that they can spend there package of 5-10 year without giving any booking like this??? CHIS and there team only promises to snatch money from customer by doing fake promises or by showing that properties which is not given to any customer in the time of there package i. e. 5-10 year.
        No one want to see their investment like a mistake but CHIS by not providing satisfactory or promised services make their customer feel like that.
        CHIS do you really want to provide the services to your customers then please make their vacation possible by giving booking who invested in your company in huge amount.
        If you will not provide service after customer huge investment than the customer have no other options to go through legal procedure because customer invested money for their happy vacations as per their plan not for taking burden/begging like this for booking

              We are requesting the CHIS to book my
              vacation from November 2023 to till now but till now no response/mail/ call / communication received from the reservation team. Only automated mail we are receiving like will connect with you shortly but it's more than 2 month no one is responsing regarding booking my vacation even after spending my 2.5 lac. They are cheating customer like snatching money by showing fake properties and fake services after receiving money no reservation team is interested to provide service.

                Our account has been blocked by the company illegally for more than a year and they are not giving back our hard earned money...their team is not responding us for a long time now.

                We have written to their CEO (vishal rai) multiple times, but no response on anything from anyone. We are feeling helpless as we lost 80K amount deposited in 2018.

                Need urgent help from the complain department on this. Reachable at [protected]

                  Hotel staff has blocked our account since more than a year now and are not responding to our mails. They have eaten up our hard earned money (80K) which we deposited in 2018 without giving any stay during the tenure.

                  They have cheated us to the most and we would now want to lodge a compliant against them to claim our money back with interest.

                  Any other customer facing issues can drop me an email on vishal.[protected]@gmail.com and we can all group together for filing the compliant and take our hard earned money back from cheaters.

                  I would also want to raise our voice to Political leaders to put a strong regulation in place against such companies and save so many customers like us.

                    After launching complaint and getting reaction on 23rd December that we can't provide you hotels before 10th of Jan as i have made the payment after confirming from them booked my flights for 1st Jan 2024 and i have take my car and reached there office at sector 63 Noida after meeting with Mr Manoj they committed me that we can't do anything right now but giving you a promise that on Tuesday 26th you will get your booking vouchers but hotels they provided earlier was not available so they give me new options which are average but i have chosen from them also but today on 26th i have continuing following him everytime they are just giving me few minutes you will receive your mail and now no response.
                    Totally fraud totally cheater i just have one option left to go to court and tomorrow for sure we will take the help of local police to close these fraud company.

                      I have made a booking and got confirmation mail that these hotels are available and after confirmation I have book my flight they asked me for payment amc I have made my payment and after receiving payment they stop replying and after 2 days they are saying we don't have availability i already booked flight.
                      No answer they have fully fake company.
                      Please don't waste your money they are making fools.

                        Country holiday is only a fraud to the people . please dont buy any policy from them, i m exploited by 2 lacs from them . they are doing just and just fraud .
                        They sent me Maldives without booking hotels and taken money from me.
                        i spend complete night at airport calling their complete team but no one responded

                        Now finally i m going for legals.

                          Subject : Appointment and complaint of fraud, cheating, misrepresentation, pursuance o[censored]nethical trade practices, deficiency of services, harassment of customers against the CEO/Director Mr. Vishal kumar Rai, Mr. Dinesh Sharma, Mr. Rahul Arora, Mr.Shekhar and other management staff of Country inn Holidays & Suites Private Limited.

                          We residents of Greater Noida have been defrauded, cheated through fraudulent misrepresentation and unethical trade practices, harassed and intimidated by employees of Country Inn Holidays and suites Private limited.

                          On 9th Feb 2018 in the name of a lucky draw, our personal details like name, marital status and car we own, were taken by sales team member at Logix Mall food court. On 10thfeb 2018, I received a call from their office and they invited us for rewards and freebies and a presentation which was a trap! When we reached the venue we were told to attend a mandatory 45 mins presentation but we requested if we can get the same on email or record it, as we were along with our 5 year old child who was cranky because of late hours. The sales representative denied and told us to switch off our mobiles. The presentation was full of deliberate falsehood, fraudulent misrepresentation of facts, unethical claims and promises, wherein the hotels and resorts shown in the presentation are not part of CHIS. All the properties shown in the presentation were ulta luxurious high end properties located in India and exotic foreign locations and hassle free booking services was demonstrated. Ease of Refund at any time of dissatisfaction was repeatedly promised and showed on their website.
                          It was claimed and stated repeatedly by sales team that CHIS owns luxurious properties more than 300+ properties in India and 150+ properties in other countries and many more are coming up in future. The name “Country Inns and Suites” is a separate and distinct chain of luxury resorts whose name is deliberately used to attract, misguide and confuse customers by Country Holidays Inn and Suites.the executive told after the payment of Rs.1, 40, 000/-, we will become a member of the Company and thus entitled to avail 6 Nights/ 7 days holiday once in a year and many other discounts freebies along .
                          we were promised that the amount paid us towards the booking of the holiday package will be deducted in 12 EMIs from the credit card of our clients and not in one shot but executive Mr. Shekhar swiped the card and informed told us that due to some technical errors of the POS machine the entire Rs.1, 40, 000 was deducted in one shot. Their executives informed that as the entire amount was deducted in one shot, now it’s not possible to convert in 12 EMIs. Their executives however, represented to our clients that their money will be safe with the company and if our clients are not satisfied, the company undertakes to refund the entire amount.

                          Our bookings of hotels as promised by CHIS for which we paid Rs 1, 40, 000/- had never been hassle free or the amenities satisfactory. This till date they are unsuccessful to provide us even a single paid vacation ! We tried booking with them numerous times either the location was not available or hotel or dates.

                          I had complained and shared the same time to time with their management representative Mr. Rahul and customer care team via series of mails and telephonic conversations but they kept on misleading with false promises, harassed and threatened us.

                          We were extremely disheartened and harassed with their response and we booked flights and hotel from other agents and additionally spent our hard earned money for peaceful and stress free holidays to various national and international locations which clearly states “deficiency of services” resulting in lack of our trust towards them.
                          We have been communicating telephonically and through emails since 2018 regarding our dissatisfaction and request for refunds.

                          On social media i came in contact with many other people who were victims like us and shared similar experiences.
                          On Monday 18 April 2022, we came to know that company is Refunding to few others and Me and my husband reached their office with the intentions for amicably resolving the matter by receiving our hard earned money trapped with them since 2018 in spite of my parents critical health conditions. We were made to wait for hours, while bouncers(female and male) kept on threatening us to leave.
                          That day we witnessed full Refunds were made to many like us & similar promise was made to us by their lawyer.

                          But Till date I have not received any Refunds. Their fraudulent attitude and deliberate intentions to not to pay our hard earned money is visible now.

                          Now cannot trust them for my holidays as they cannot ever stick to their words & demand full amount with interest against as I have suffered enough mental trauma.

                          Please don't send me mails regarding "Non Refundable" term as i am eye witness to Refunds made.
                          Ready to Resolve only once I get my hard Earned Money.

                            This is travel company which dont have any location for booking. Daily they are making fool to number of ppls and take membership amount.

                            I have taken membership 5 years before and they did not given a single booking in these 5 years.

                            Whenever I ask them booking they dont have any location.

                            They need a consume court complaint.

                            I need my full amount back

                              CHIS is fake company. They dont have any hotels. From last year I m asking for booking and they dont have any locations available.

                              And now when I asking them for booking they are asking for money.

                              They are greedy person who are asking for only money and they dont give any service for plan I purchased. From last 4 years they did not give any single holiday booking.

                              Basically they dont have any location. They are only making ppl fool and take out money from them. No services.

                              Consumer Forum please take action such types of companies. And help to refund my full money membership amount and maintenance charges which I paid till now.

                                I was call by county holidays and travel to a hotel saying I have won a free holiday package. I went their they trap me in all there fake service promise and forced me to take the membership with explaining the details of membership the cost of membership was 1 lakh. I was forced to swipe. This was done in month on March 2023
                                Later when I ask them to provide me service for stay. They started proving traff hotel of 1500 wherelse I was promised for tarrif of 10k.
                                Later I come to know their was hidden charges in it. When I received 1 mail from them I inform them clearly to Cancle my membership and refund my amount. But every time I get auto mail say we are checking and get back.
                                I have raised requests for charge back by my bank. But county holidays denied saying I have used their service. When I mailed them asking about what service. They confirm me that I have not used any services from them.
                                I am following up from past 10 months for my refund plz help me to get same. Person name shubankar in team say we are working but I am not getting any conclusions.
                                Its a fraud done by country holidays travel.

                                  It's been almost 3 years since i have trying to reach out to you thru various options, I have not taken any service from you and require refund of my hard earned money.

                                  Taking membership from CHIS has been the biggest mistake of my life, I am hereby requesting you to please refund my entire amount along with interest, at the earliest, because of fraudulent over selling & wrong commitments.

                                  Let me start from day 1, on 5th March 2021 when I received a call from your representative saying that we are lucky winners for free gifts and would not be required to pay anything but would be given refreshments served dinner & given gifts as we want to promote the brand CHIS and the services we offer, you just must give us 15 minutes for the session & then you will be served refreshments and gift vouchers at a hotel in Dwarka.

                                  As my father lives in Dwarka & I had to visit him on 6th March, so my bad luck that I got into thinking & to add I got pestered by more than 5 to 6 calls during the day to give confirmation and lured me to visit the hotel & attend the session of promotion.


                                  On 6th March 2021, I visited the premise along with my husband and was held there for more than 3 to 3.5 hours where 3 team members got into selling the product, first I was given information by representative 1, where I did not get convinced so her senior got into the picture and started giving details and created so much of pressure to make the purchase then & there, me and my husband were just not allowed to go out and they kept pressurizing us to make the payment for the 10 years membership which was being given as a special offer only for that moment in Rs 3 lakhs and the moment we were about to get up from chair, we were requested to pls sit and listen to positive reviews etc, still we told them we would like to think & get back, then instead of letting us go the Manger was introduced Mr Mohit and he also started pressurizing us and said that as an exceptional case will offer 1 year membership in 1 lakh, we again told him that we will think & get back, he further insisted that he will offer us additional offers and also make the payment of Rs 90000/- only for 1 year membership also insisted that we may pay thru credit card & opt for EMI’s thru bank. He insisted that he will offer only 5-star properties and will take special care & offer the best suites. The entire team created undue pressure and created such an atmosphere by showing us other people by clapping for them as they were taking membership. Overall, an environment o[censored]ndue pressure was created that we succumbed.

                                  The offers were given for 1 year, where the below mentioned was committed ( pls see attached CHIS document of offer, it is clearly mentioned 12 months by your representative in his own handwriting )

                                  1 1 night at four points by Sheraton with buffet & dinner

                                  2 Flat Rs 18000/- off on flight ticket

                                  3 Initially 2 weeks as bonus, then added 2 more to make it 4 bonus weeks over & above the 5 weeks of stay that is covered under membership. Was told that we can use these weeks meaning 5 + 4 = 9 weeks anytime within 5 years as per our requirement. (Week means 6 nights & 7 days)

                                  Once we succumbed, they quickly filled the papers & took my signatures & payment and told that we will get a welcome call & post that will get login id for the app.

                                  Now the story of welcome call, we paid on 6th March, from 6th March to 30 the march, there were more than 4-5 calls/ conversations held between the department who was calling & myself to check what was I given. You may pls refer to those recordings to understand that wrong & fraudulent selling was done.

                                  To highlight we were told that we will get Rs 18000/- off on the first Air tickets that we book through CHIS, but the department who called told that the amount is 8000/- so I called back to confirm with Mr Mohit, he assured me that we will get Rs 18000/- as Rs 8000/- fixed and he has given 2 vouchers of Rs 5000/- each and that makes it 18000/- then I pointed out that it is written upto 5000/- which could be 1000 also in 1 voucher so he assured that the minimum amount that comes in vouchers is 2500/- per voucher and he gave 2 more vouchers on what app saying u may use all four & that will make it 10000/- + 8000/- fixed so u will get 18000/- ( pls refer to WhatsApp 1 & 2 conversation and 2 additional vouchers that are attached )

                                  Second disconnect was related to rooms, we were told that we will get only suits & deluxe rooms, but the department said it could be standard room also. Again, I spoke to Mr Mohit & he assured that he will ensure that we get deluxe or suites only & for that I must call him for the booking & he will ensure that it would be done.

                                  Third disconnect, he told us all 5 star & 7 star properties to be offered, but again the department said it could be resorts also.

                                  So, I approached Mr Mohit and requested him to refund as could sense lot of wrong selling, but he insisted that “ma’am please take my word, I will honor what all I have committed” I will get you the specific property that you will want if not thru CHIS as I am in this field will get you thru others to be covered under CHIS. I myself am a sales Professional in Education Industry and have been counselling students and parents and also training sales people that what matters the most is what you as a sales person commit to the consumer, as it is your face, that they trust & invest in a brand, so keeping full trust in MR Mohit that all his commitments would be honored by him did not insist for refund. (Pls see Whatsapp conversation also which I wrote post telephonic call on 19th March 21 – Attached Whatsapp 2 ). This is intentional wrong commitments made & fraudulent selling & deceiving the customer.

                                  Again pls refer to my whatsapp on 27th March & 5th April ( attached Whatsapp 4 & whatsapp 5 ) where I bought to his notice to rectify the period of offer and also made numerous calls to that effect that he has stopped taking my calls & does not even bother to call back.

                                  Now I am worried that 6 nights & 7 days offer of bonus week would be given or not, also if we can take these weeks as per our choice which was told to me but I doubt now as the app is showing a specific period each year and was also told that I can use 2 weeks in one single year and can also take 2 rooms but again my doubts now.

                                  Also not to forget that I had paid complete amount but later was asked to pay 6000/- more in the month of July, when I wanted to avail Sheraton's complimentary offer, but when I said that I have paid complete amount & nothing is due, they said ok. Also to mention in that complimentary offer I was allocated substandard room which completely put me off.

                                  After being cheated again & again, I have completely lost my interest & faith in CHIS, and have not used even a single night in any hotel under this membership's 6 nights & 7 days offer, hereby you are requested to please refund my complete amount along with interest

                                    Highly disappointed & horrible experience with this company never wants to recommended to anyone.
                                    I have there membership and I also paid there AMC but still from last 4 month they denied me for booking for 4 times and each n every time they assured me to give better service in next time but next time they have some other silly reasons.
                                    Yesterday there representative called me and asked me to pay AMC and I will process your booking we have rooms and when I said I already paid AMC she said sorry rooms are booked pls try after some time and when I called on their number they said our portal is closed that's why we can't give you booking, I can't understand if there portal is closed how is possible that there hotels are booked and if I agreed to pay AMC again they were ready to gave me booking.
                                    Each n every time they gave some excuses for denied your booking n if all the excuses are failed they said sorry your confirmation is late we can't proceed it.
                                    I can't use my 7 days in last 3 years due to there these silly reasons and false promises. Every time they changed your dates according to them. Totally waste of time and money I want my remaining money back .

                                      This is regarding the CHIS ( country holidays inn and suites fraud. I had invested the huge amount in this company to become member so that it will be convenient to me when I will go on vacations. In last week I tried to book through chis for my vacations planned in November but they are giving excuses and demanding more money for everything and giving booking as per their convenience I. E. Date location food, not providing anything as per my choice. Everything is imposing upon me for taking more money

                                      Their team member told me in message I have to make it mark as resolved then they will share the booking details. That's why I am marking it as resolved. Their team member told me without marking as resolved my I'd is deactivated if I will mark it as marked then it will active and they will proceed for booking. Don't know what the logic.
