I was constantly in touch with the executive and he provided the details also like available properties for the dates for which I wanted booking. But after dropping a mail to reservation team as usual I got the reply that the property is not available for the current dates....

Fraud done by this company...

Country Holidays Inn & suites chitter company they not provide me complimentary after paying 1.40 lakh so I would request everyone do not to buy any service from them...

I need booking in October, they said no availability. Kindly change your dates to November.
I asked bookings after 15th November, they are again saying that dates are not available and asking me to co-operate with them.

I don't know on which ground I have to co-operate. I cooperated enough by paying them fee by trusting them, by paying AMC as and when they wanted. Scheduled my holiday according to them.

Further to our earlier narrative and e-mails, Hotel team has blocked our account for 1 year without any reason and not refunding our amount. It is affecting our health and can cause issues.

We need to file a compliant on consumer court as no progress is seen for last 1 year and our hard earned money 80k+ is on stake and hotel is not responding to discuss and resolve the issue further.

Its really a task to get bookings from CHIS. It took me 1.5 months to get a booking in Delhi itself. and that too not on my desired dates. The customer service is pathetic. They have so many excuses just not to provide service. they will not deny but will not give you the bookings.
1. location is inactive
2. availability is not there
3. dates are not available.
4. desired location never available

Now...

Fake people fake promises... big trap

Give my money back...because you don't give any kind of service always inactive location..no rooms available

I have paid a heavy fee as a customer to buy this membership 3 years ago but haven't been able to experience it for a single night. Every time I reach out to make a booking, the only response I get from their customer service team is Ma'am, we are under maintenance or we cannot do the booking.
Now I am being harassed for not paying the AMC. AMC of what?I would like to know from Country Holidays because you are not providing any services...

Its always a pain to book holiday with them, never they provide location requested, Never they provide the dates requested, they want us to take vacations according to their availability ALWAYS.

They offered Holidays package in 4/5 star Hotel. I took package of 82000/- and paid 57000 through credit card. After reaching home the same day I realised it should not be taken. During the purchase of the agreement wherein a 30 min meeting was scheduled to explain the concept, there was a statement mentioned by both of them " I have to purchase the package now and today, koi time nahi hai kal soch ka bataunga ya bAtaungi is not valid here hence u have to get it now" we have an offer till today. This is called as pressurizing the client, I was not even allowed to read the whole contract.
