On 16/07/2022, we made payment of 105000/- to the Country Holidays Inn & Suites, for advance payment towards the booking of Holiday package service.
Till 28/07/2022, we have not received any satisfaction call towards our concern related to membership plans. The issue happens because, after receiving the payment, the lady over phone explains the different benefits apart from what we were explained over table at time of booking.
On 08/08/2022 we receive satisfactory calls with all our promises which were made before taking the membership. Still, we don't trust them, so we ask them to give in written in email and they sent an email to all points we discussed over the phone.
Now, we took the first step in making our first membership booking and we sent email for Rishikesh and we receive emails after 24 hours that properties are inactive. We then selected Jim Corbett and same thing happen, email received with property inactive.
We then selected Mussoorie, and we receive email with different properties of 3star ratings. We denied and they sent again different properties and then we called them and they said the property mention in website are all inactive. Even we called them 15 days before.
With all long conversation from 7 days with multiple emails and phone calls, we finally selected one property which was of course not in their list. Now they were offering classic rooms/deluxe room or basic room. We raise the issue again that sales team promises for a studio apartment or similar to that or higher category room. But they said they can provide the rooms category which we have in contracting. That means they will only provide you basic room.
We called the sales person who attends us for membership plan and he confirm's that the promise was for a studio apartment or similar. We told him what is the benefit of taking membership plan, if we have to stay in different property apart from their website list and stay in basic room. Anyone can afford a basic room in cash, what is the point of becoming members which don't get any benefits from the holiday company.
Lets do some basic calculation.
Cost of membership- 105000 for 5 years
AMC+GST= 9440x5years= 47200
Total= 152200
We are paying 152200 for 35 days+14 days(gift) = 49 days
That makes 3100 per night without breakfast. This amount for basic room(JOKE)
We want to tell everyone here that, no one in the team is taking our concerns seriously. As we have not received any service and promises are different on every call, we request you to help us to get our refund of Rs 105000/- at earliest.
The team is not taking care of guests/ members and they are not taking these issues very seriously. Once the couple goes to the office, they lure them with their membership packages, and huge discounts just a pack of lies.
They will show you big books of 5 star properties with lavish rooms, all fake. They said apart from Taj Mumbai and Oberoies Mumbai they have partnered with all hotels/clubs all over the India. What they will offer you after taking membership:: only 3 stars and the big joke is that when you will call them for booking on the same day at the same time, all 5 and 4 star properties become inactive.
We even close our first complaint which was made on 28 July 2022, but I receive calls from call center and they said to close the complaint and we will fulfill their promises. I was fooled and did that, but see things never changed.
Now I am raising the new complaint and I will only close this once, they will refund our full paid money. This money is not my black money, this is our hard core earned money, and we don't have any urgency we will fight till we get our refund amount.
We have discussed this with a lawyer, which is in contact of our friend group and she will file a PIL against this company.

After looking at customer feedbacks here almost everyone is facing similar issues, where CHIS sales team making fake promises and CHIS delivery team is simply denying or ignoring the customers.
