Stay away from chis! Hi, While selling, they will promise all amenities and rooms in bestest of the 5 star hotels. However, when it comes to booking, they will start providing options which are 3 star /2 star and also never include breakfast /wi-fi in it. A room in3 star hotel without breakfast and wi-fi is much cheaper than what you will pay to chis over next few years. Also, they will tell you that as per their policy, if after the first stay you are not happy, you can get the refund. However, thats a dream. I am chasing them for a refund. Yet to get it!
