On Saturday (28.08.2021) at 4:33 PM I received a call from [protected] regarding gift voucher as my number is selected through Mahindra Car company, In this regard she said to visit with your spouse at Piccadilly Hotel Center Complex, Shivaji Marg, Janakpuri, New Delhi-110058, In this regard, we visited the same address and met Mr. Rajesh Kumar Venue Manager & Mr. Manish Kumar Take over Manager, they advised me to purchase their holiday package which cost of Rs. 2, 05, 000.00. At the time of booking I am not able to understand their false/fake scheme and I had paid the Rs. 2, 05, 000.00 through my credit card. Next morning (29.08.2021) I found some negative reviews against the said company on google website posted by some unsatisfied customers, than I sent the mail to cancel my subscription or stop further proceedings. After that I got reply from the said company that my money is non-refundable due to company policy. they said that you can avail our service. We requested so many times over mail and calls to customer care as well available numbers but they were misleading and misbehaved with me and my family. Was this information helpful? |
