This is in reference to my grievances I am putting forward for your consideration of my case, wherein this happened on last sunday 24th April 2022. Me and my wife were asked to come to the Bristol Hotel, Sector 28, Gurugram, we went there along with my brother and his wife, we 4 people were sitting at separate tables. We were getting attended by Ms.Tanya and Mr.Praveen from CHIS. We actually went there to finalize the package deal as I go frequently to various places along with my family so I thought let's take the package of CHIS this time.
But this has been the pathetic experience I have ever experienced, someone from the senior members of CHIS had said to my brother to either sign off the agreement of the package or walk away from the room, they were asked to leave instantly. This has been a very absurd & incoherent behaviour done with my family members. This employee was intentionally getting very angry on them, he was actually getting irritated on the question my brother did ask him- what different or additional thing you are offering in CHIS...
Just a few seconds before to this incident I had finalized the deal and paid up the amount of Rs. 58000/-, at the next moment when I had come to know about this misconduct, I requested Preveen to cancel the deal and return back my money. My family members are also annoyed with me as well- that why did I opt for this package. Though we all came to finalize the package of CHIS.
This is actually not acceptable wherein at the initial level only anyone is being misbehaved. Everyone needs respect and in such cases where the people are getting treated like this at the initial level itself then there are a lot of other open options also to finalize the services. In the service industry right behaviour is the key to exponential growth.
At that moment only Praveen had told us to take the approval from the top management to refund our amount but I have been talking to him and also on customer care, I am not getting any response from anyone. When we were leaving the place, Praveen forced us to have the photo shoot to get us shown in the available camera and we did not take any membership bag or anything. He told us that we will get our refund very soon.
I am a corporate professional working as a Business Head in Blue Star, We have been delivering services in all your hotels & already supplied a lot of deep freezers. I was actually thinking of to taking up our relationship to the next level wherein we also organize an FTS for our clients and business partners and every year 600-800 people go to various international places from Blue Star. The same I had discussed with Praveen also. And also I would like to raise another point that at the time of our discussion there was no clarity on the final prices, Praveen was changing the prices- the prices were actually fluctuating but then also I asked him to finalize the deal.
I have been requesting Praveen to provide the contact details/mails Id's of the senior authorities but he did not give. I have taken it from various sources on google.
I honestly strongly feel that I was having a bad day and this is not a way to treat clients/customers. I protest it.
Furthermore, I am formally lodging a report regarding this incident, I have and I believe that this matter would be aptly settled on top priority.I strongly believe that you will take notice of this misfortune and help me out in refunding my amount of Rs.58000/- asap.
