We purchased 10 years membership by paying Rs 1, 40, 000/- on 10 September 2018. At the time of giving the membership, we were told that we can gift part of holidays to family members. Accordingly, we tried to book holidays for December end 29 December to 1 January 2019 for us along with parents - 3 nights 4 days (2 rooms), company started giving excuses. The first email we received was that you cannot gift holidays in festive season or year end. We wrote back and told that this was not informed to us at the time of giving the membership. In fact we were told that we can book holidays any time and also gift holidays any time. Again we got a mail from company with another excuse. This time they said that we can gift the holidays but if we are gifting we cannot go along with people to whom we are gifting the holidays. Again, this is a new excuse. It was never told to us. We prefer going for holidays at year end with parents. Company is not clear about what excuse should be given. First they said we cannot gift at the end of the year, now they are saying we can gift but we cannot go along. This is just a way of misleading customers and coming out with new excuses. They are taking so long in resolving the issue. I am sure next excuse will be that the accommodation is not available. I tried connecting with Mr. Shekhar who is manager at NOIDA office. I sent two messages to him but have not got any response. At the time of giving the membership, Shekhar ji explained everything. In fact Shekhar Ji was so convincing that we agreed to take the membership.
Unfortunately, we are highly disappointed with the policy of company and the way they try to find excuses. Also, regretting our decision to take the membership. I will request the company to kindly refund the membership fee . We have not availed any free holidays or vouchers given by company. I must say that the company gave all the free holidays and vouchers as promised by Shekhar Ji at time of giving the membership. However, if we cant book holidays along with our family by gifting them part of holidays, what is the purpose of taking such membership. If this point would have been told at the time of sale, we would have never taken the membership. This is first time we tried to book the holidays. I don't what other rules and excuses will come along our way in the future. I sincerely request a refund. I will be happy to provide copy of emails received from company and any other details as required.
