Yesterday i have taken membership in country holidays inn & suits pvt. Ltd. They have given me membership for ten years for domestic as well as international stay at their properties. But it is nowhere printed in the agreement that it is for international holidays also. My membership no. Chisrg775599. I hereby want immediate confirmation that my above membership no. Is both for domestic as well as international holidays. It looks like to me that i have been cheated by chis representative mr. Zaib khan. I have taken membership from their branch at shop no.23, ground floor, tdi mall, rajuri garden, new delhi. I hereby request you to please reply me immediately

Against my complaint, Today I have received a mail from Country Holiday Inn & Suits Pvt. Ltd., a copy of which is enclosed. According to this mail, they have promised to refund my money to me.

As soon as I will received back my money, I will make this complaint as resolved.

So, I hereby humbly request the Country Holiday Inn & Suits Pvt. Ltd. to please first of all refund my money in order to enable me to post this complaint as RESOLVED.

In spite of so many reminders to Country Holiday Inn & Suits Pvt. Ltd. for refund of my membership fee, I have not received back my membership fee from them.
So, I hereby request the Country Holiday Inn & Suits Pvt. Ltd. to immediately refund back my money to my savings bank account. I have already shared with them my bank account details for refund.
I once again humbly request Country Holiday Inn & Suits Pvt. Ltd. to refund back my membership fee as already agreed by them in their mail dated 30.10.2018.

It is a harassement by the Company. They cheat the people. Inspite of so many reminders to them they are not making payment to me.
However, I have attached a mail earlier vide which they have confirmed for refund of money to me. But these people are continously cheating me and giving me mental harassement.

Here we would like to mention that till yet even we have not spoken with you once and please speak to us once and we would be clarifying your all queries with your utmost satisfaction and we are all ready to provide you with 100% services and amenities under your CHIS membership with us.
Country Holidays Inn & Suites Pvt. Ltd. (CHIS) is a fraud company, all these reviews are fake or paid reviews. Don't get traped with Country Holidays Inn & Suites Pvt. Ltd. (CHIS). They will do lots of false commitment to sell membership. Country Holidays Inn & Suites Pvt. Ltd. (CHIS) have only two 5 star property in delhi NCR 1 in AGRA, 1 in GOA and rest are only 3 and 4 start they dont have 5 star properties.

Yesterday I received a call from Mr Rahul Arora (Sr Customer Relationship Manager)'who don't have patience and don't know the manners how to talk with customers then what can I expect with junior support staff, he was saying that we have more then 5000 hotels but only those(only 67 in India) hotels are listed on web site which have signed a contract with us and for rest of the hotels we will use third party service. And we can't provide you the list of 5000+ hotels because they regularly keep changes.

Secondly he was accepting that Club mahindra has customer in lakhs that's why they have large number of complaints and we just have 3000+ customer only all over India so we have less no of complaints.

Nobody tells me at the time of booking that they are using third party service for hotels booking.

This is fraud company and I was also trapped on[protected]. I already intimated them my unwillingness to continue with membership on[protected]. They deducted the money from my card under false impression. I want them to refund my money asap.
