Hi Team My Name is Ganesh and I have taken country club membership. Sales Person Mr Samson told me that he will help me in getting HDFC credit card and I have been roamed to that Bank for the Card for 7 times but no use and later he again promised me six months back that He will pay me the interest amount which is above 6000 Rupees but he is not lifting the calls and also he is not replying to my messages. I request Management please refund back my full amount as my mother got operated and due to that I have got some personal emergencies. Top Management Team should have a top on middle and lower management teams on false promises that they are doing to the customers. Its really painful for a common man.
