Dear sir/madam, Myself, akshatha shetty would like to discontinue the agreement which was signed on 30/09/2018. I have signed the agreement at jp nagar branch of country vacations. My membership no cvbg2mpclub5lb25780 I had disagreed on 2nd october itself since it is the call off period. Amount paid is 141249.
