Dear sir..
Before taking membership..many promises are made by the concerned persons, Mr.Ravi Kumar (Manager) and another staff member Karuna Sri..regarding the benifits or offers.. provided by the country club..A few of them are mentioned below...
1)They said they arrange interest free loan of Rs 50, 000/_, that can be paid by me in 36 EMI, in a week's time..I submitted all the relevant documents for that purpose..But so far not implemented..and they are not lifting my calls also...I requested them to refund my amt paid by me..So far no response..

2)They also said members have the facility of life insurance of 6 lakhs, including 1lakh for medical expenses..for both wife and husband, in a year..but so far not implemented..
My membership cards are given on 21/01/2021
As a senior citizen..I thought they above two facilities are essential for me..I took the membership..
There was no response from the manager..inspite of several requests made to him.. through wattsapp messages.for the last two months.
.Iam requesting you to cancel my membership..and arrange for the refund of my amount paid..Rs 50, 400/_
Like to mention here.. after my payment of Rs 50, 400/_..they took an agreement signed by me..in which the rules and regulations are not at visible as they are printed with very small letters..and they were not discussed with me at the time of my payment..
Your earliest response is highly appreciated..Iam here with attaching the Receipt of my payment..sent by the Manager, thru wattsapp..
