Country Vacations — paid amount not reflected in the portal and incorrect details are updated in the portal

I have paid the complete membership fee of 98, 500 and amc amount for 5 years of 24, 000 on nov 2014
Even after paying the complete amount, membership card is not released and due amount is mentioned in the portal as i have not paid 33, 000.
Initial policy was taken on 2011 but the full amount is paid on nov 2014, as per the agreement it should be nov 2014 - nov 2024 but in the portal its[protected] which is not fair
