Countryard Imperial Inn & Suites — fake holiday package

Even i have paid them 63k and purchased a 5 years plan. I purchased the package on 13th january. I was with my family in the shoppers stop at the mgf metropolitan mall, gurgaon and one guy came to me and asked for my personal email id and phone number. I gave him the details as i thought he is from ngo or something. The next dat, a lady called me and asked me to collect free gift. The lohri fell on the same day and they said it's a lohri gift, come, celebrate the lohri with us and collect your free gifts. They asked me to come at dia premier hotel gurgaon. They never mentioned that they are asking me to come for a seminar. I went there but there was no lohri celebration. Although we had some snacks and coffee, suddenly two person came to us and started explaining there package. I was confused and was not interested at first but i don't know why i purchased the package. After purchasing the package, nobody is giving a damn about my package, i have called them at least minimum of 100 or 200 times to collect all my purchased items, vouchers. Customer care kept telling me they will send me a mail regarding my package, my issues, vouchers, gifts but no one from customer services gives a damn about mail or customer issue. It's been 4 months since i have purchased the package and i haven't even received the fully package yet the vouchers n gifts etc.
