I renewed my scooter insurance policy on CoverFox yesterday (Transaction ID: CFOX[protected]. I was told the policy will be issued in 15 mins. It's now over 24hrs and still I haven't received the policy copy.
Worst, the customer care is non-existent - calling the helpline, most of the time it automatically disconnects and when it connects you are treated with a rude response (complained on that as well - no response). A customer care executive responded over email yesterday saying there was a 'Technical Issue' and the policy would be issued soon - that's 16hrs back, now no response to any emails.
Have been using Coverfox for servicing most of my insurance needs and also recommended the service to friends - need to seriously rethink seeing the kind of support given in the last 24hrs with this incident. Pathetic!
All I am asking is the policy document for a renewal I have paid yesterday - atleast proper communication on what's going on. Had to postpone a trip due to this issue as well! Was this information helpful? |
