Sir i have aplied for 4 four term insurance policies in different names about 1 one month ago. Before taking policy there used to be four phone calls from sales executive javed sayyad.In aday. But now since the money is once paid there is no phone calls or revert mails after repeated requests for call to javed sayyad javed khan and siddesh sir.Is this right, this problem is before issuance so what will be done to nominee if any incidence occurs.
