Coverfox — Coverfox - cancelled policy refund not received since 8 months

I paid online at coverfox.com for a term insurance for my wife. I had placed a cancel request on very next day due to personal reasons. I haven't got the refund credited back to the account yet. It has been eight months, amazing customer service and experience provided by Coverfox despite so many followup over call and email, still not even a single step progressed towards my refund.

Paid 15790 on 15/Apr/21 from HDFC Credit card ending 1099.

First request 1546065 raised for cancelation/refund on 16/Apr/21
Second request 1549509 raised for refund on 03/May/21
Third request 1552242 raised for refund on 12/May/21
Fourth request 1575503 raised for refund on 12/Aug/21
Fifth request 1590281 raised on 23/Sep/21
Sixth request 1607187 raised on 23/Nov/21

Despite so many follow ups, no proper response from the customer care, neither they don't provide the escalation contact.

Please help to get my money back.
