Coverfox — Policy made in the wrong name | |||||
In Nov2015, I got my Car insurance renewed from Coverfox. At the time time of collecting the details and sending the policy everything was nice and calm. They basically sent me the policy with the wrong name (which was not as per the name mentioned in the RC copy shared with them). I noticed it only when I went for a claim and it got rejected due to the issue. I reached out to the Coverfox people to make the name change for the resolution of error which THEY made so that I can get the claim. But these people have troubled my life from past 3 months and I have not got the name change endorsed. I am still waiting for some positive communication from them else I will have no option other than going to the consumer court. A Big Time NO to recommending Coverfox!!!
