Coverfox — Refund of fail transaction not yet received

Hi, On Mon, Sep 12 2021 I purchased insurance from https://www.coverfox.com/. but due to some error my money got debited but it was shown error on coverfox website. so I did payment again and purchase the policy.

but my 1st transaction amount is not refunded by coverfox. it was almost 1 month I am following them for refund but there reply is always like we are looking in to it.

this is ticket number of my complaint on coverfox and my transaction number of payment
