Coverfox — ridicules service and response to customer

I have made a payment of inr 4k on 18 august 2018 for getting a term plan for my wife. Mr. Noman (Noman. [protected]@coverfox.com) was the sales executive. This policy relates to house wife policy. Meself aashish jain have taken a term insurance from aegon amounting to inr 50 lakhs. My policy number is[protected] and mobile number is [protected]. I am continouslly chasing with coverfox team however not getting any response from them. I am going to escalate to irda if i am not getting any update. Please take the things seriously.
