Complaint marked as Resolved I have ordered the mobile covers from www.coversdeal.com. At the checkout i did payment of 587/- later coming back on website my order was placed unsuccessful but money got debited. Late I tried to reach customer care support . I have emailed about the situation on the email provided on the website. Also I tried to contact them, so after sometime I received a call back from them (+91 8388-037246) And they ask me to send more 1122/- in the form of referral code. Actually They told me to send 1122/- from gp and said after sending they will refund you with the money. They want to confirm that are they sending to the right person or not. in this way they told me and i got cheated for 1700/-
