I recently placed an order for a shirt worth Rs. 449 from Coversdeal.com
I came to know about the site from an Instagram ad. The payment has already been done via online on 12th of June. Up until now I haven't recieved any tracking details regarding my order. I tried to contact them via email and phone but to no avail. There is utterly zero response from their side. Their customer care number ([protected]) have been found to be completely useless and most of their email ids are also found to be non existent. Finally I got a response from one Mr. Milan Saphadia via email informing that a ticket has been issued. But that's the only response I got from their side. Also attaching a screenshot of the same.

I order a product of 5 piece mobile back cover on 03rd June 2022, but still I.did not received and order still in processing and customer care number and email id also not in working my self Sumit mobile number is [protected] email [protected]@gmail.com
Please cancel my order and refund to me asap

My order ID is showing invalid and also no response from customer support.
The customer care number Shows that all incoming calls for this number have been blocked. I've already paid my amount but still no response on delivery.

I placed my order on 4th June and further no updates and haven't received my order yet.

I purchased 5 covers on 6th june but i don't have any information regarding delivery and their mobile no. And email address both are blocked.

I placed Mobile cover order through their online website on 8th June, but post that they have not sent any updates on the status of the delivery.
I tried contacting their help desk via phone and email, but no luck...seems all fraud...
Even the tracking option does not help..it does not show any details.
I have also maid the advanced payment...should have opted for COD..

I ordered 2 shirts with an order Id 1717700 on 10th June 2022.
I didn't received any delivery status and order delivery tracking details to my registered mail ID.
when I am trying to connect with customer support contacts provided on their website, the mail id and contact mobile number is not working.

I ordered in April 26th and cancelled still they didn't even refund the amount.. I mailed them frequently but they blocked my mail too.. Order number 1710010

Placed order 10 days back, unable to reach out to their support contacts. Strongly feel it's a systematic scam to loot people.

Coversdeal is a complete fraud and fake website. We ordered 3 mobile covers and made payment also but the order is not delivered yet. These fraud people never respond to the emails and they have blocked incoming calls also and have not refunded the money

Never place any orders to this fraud website. Ban this fraud website and take action against these fraud people

I order e cases from Coversdeal it's been a month and I didn't even receive yet
I tried to contact and email them and also sent them instagram dm but they are not replying
It's the most fake website and don't trust the videos about coversdeal on youtubr

I have ordered a couples phone case on 23/05/2022 around 7.00pm, and payed my payment through google pay and recieved a online bill, after a week i have mailed a complain to the customer care mail id and they said that it is becos of the material issues and the tracking ID will be recieved soon, its been an another week now and i didnt recieve any mail or cancelation of my order, yesterday 6/6/2022 i have mailed them to cancel my order and return my money back still now i didnt get any responce from them soo please gelp me to get my money back..

The product is about to deliver with in 6-9 days and it's already 10days as I placed my order on 28th of May and there is no update on it.They are not showing any status even, I tried to reach them out by emails they are not responding, their phone number is unreachable. Bogus company. Everyone should raise complaint. I want my refund, I will make sure with the consumer forum now

Paid money online but product not delivered

I have ordered product and done with the payment. But yet i didn't received any tracking id or shipping details.

I initiated the refund request On March 25 and they agreed to give me full refund on my order on April 6 and since then there has been no update on the refund.

On january 20, 2022 i ordered my samsung galaxy note 10 lite cover but immediately i cancel it by sending them mail then they cancel it on 21 january 2022 and saying we will initiate your refund but yet they cant gave my money back . Really, they are fraud company .So Please take a action for this and take out my money back from them

I have placed order on 7 November.It takes up to 10 days but i didn't get my order

I ordered a mobile phone cover on 13th of November but i still haven't got any update on the placed order.I tried to check tracking details on the website but it says order id not found. what am i supposed to do? seriously they are fraud.

I found this company on instagram they sell mobile phone cases.i had ordered 3 phone case costs rs 348 on 26 nov.till today I have not received any massage of dispatch.i have called them but it was switched off.i sent email and massage on instagram also but no response.
