I had ordered 3 phone cases on 26 nov.i had received confirmation Massage.I paid 348 rs by phonepe.but still I have not received any massage from coversdeal about dispatch.i am trying their phone number but it is switched off. I did mail and massage on instagram but they are not giving any response.

Recently I saw this fake company in instagram name ( coverdeal ) providing mobile cases advertising and this website are so professional and clean, I order 400 worth products after I pay thn they didn't give information about shipping or tracking even I report so many times but no response it's been so while they have more followers without knowing a truth, kindly take action

I had ordered 3phone cases on 9th October 2021 and i have received all the confirmation messages but when i call or email there is no response. I have also paid 437 from my account but there is no sign of the order. My order tracking number is also shown as not valid. Something needs to be done about this .

I had ordered 1 Lenovo K6 note phone case and paid them Rs 199 on 12th Oct 2021.
But I've still not received any updates on my order.

I placed an order on 22 September 2021 with this website. Amount paid online was Rs. 358.
It has been around 5 days, and I haven't received the delivery for the same. I tried tracking my order and it displays "order id not found" I even e-mailed them my query and they did not respond. Can anyone please help me with this?

I had ordered 4 back covers and I had made payment also of 557 but I can't trace my order and even it is not yet dispatched. It's just showing that the order is in processing.
They had done scam with me.

I created account on this site and order covers but now they are not showing my account on there site .

I ordered two phone cases[protected] but have not received any update either in mail or my number regarding the shipping of the product.

I had ordered 2 cases from coversdeal on 14th of June 2021 and yet I haven't received it . I had also paid 299 for the order.

I placed an order on their website on feb 12, 2020 for this i paid online. I had registered on their website. Now they have wiped out my account and there is no information about my order. It shows that i have not placed order.

For payment, they had used ccavenue payment gateway. And the money is debited from my account.

I tried calling their support number. The phone is switched off.

I emailed them but no response.

I have ordered 4 back cover from coversdeal.com website. I have ordered the product on 29th march, 2019. It’s been 15 days but i haven’t received any notification about the delivery as i have done the payment for product of rs. 457. Also i am unable to have any contact with the authority of website. I am received any shipping details from website yet please solve my compliant as soon as possible. Please refund my money.
