I have ordered a phone cover through coversdeal and made a payment and my order is confirmed but didn't receive my parcel my order number is
1719647. And made a payment of 549rs. Please return my payment at least.

No order updates available and cannot track the order. Customer support not responding they have provided wrong contact number. Atleast I need my money back. I have written mail but not responding.

I ordered 3 cases on this fraud website on 22nd January, 2023 by makiya full payment. After that there has been no update from the company. Even the customer contact number and support email are not working. Now for the past 2-3 days, even the site is not working.

I ordered iphone covers on 12/1/23 and no updates since then. Extremely unhappy

Not received my case covers which are ordered on 1st NOVEMBER 2022

I ordered the case covers for my mobile IPHONE SE 2020 on NOVEMBER 1st 2022. But I didn't received yet its been 10days. No updates from covers deal. Orders for 3 cases which is an offer called buy 2 and get one free!

Please deliver my product. Or refund it.

Ordered 2 shirts from Coversdeal and they gave me an Order ID but that says not valid when we try to go on Track your order it takes us to Delhivery Site which is a different website and we can't find any details.

Ordered some shirts on coversdeal.com website but nothing has been delivered till date. Tried contacting their support number at +91 [protected] and email at [protected]@coversdeal.com, but the number is not in service and no one replied from their support mail. This seems to be a fraud company and already submitted a complaint on NCH (national consumer helpline) app and will register a court case against this person called Milan bhai.

I have ordered 3 backcases on thursday 22.9.22, i havenot received any trackong id are no further messages from them, contact number cannot be reached, pathetic service.

I had put a order on the website for five shirts and made a payment for ₹2850 following which I received a message, "Hello Arunav, thank you for placing your order #1721364 with Coversdeal Estimated Delivery 6-9 Days. You'll receive the tracking info when it ships. Thank you". However they have disappeared after that and their customer care number doesn't work.

Did not receive my order after payment. Please do take action.. I lost 250 from my savings.. Wanted to do something for myself from my savings but i ended up losing the money. I really feel guilty and worried about this

I placed a order on 6th august and haven't received it and they've blocked all sorts of contact to their website. I am unable to track my order also..

This is very irresponsible company who scam the people's and take the hard earned money of people

I placed a order 2 months ago and haven't received it and they've blocked all sorts of contact to their website. Please Ban them ASAP before they scam many other people.

They are not delievring products despite online payment being done. Nd gas blocked all contacts to resch them.

I have placed an order for a mobile case and even afer the payment was made the order was not processed. I tried containing them but to no avail, they have blocked all forms of cantact. I believe they are committing fraud.

Whole Story: - Ordered 3 Covers & paid ₹448 instantly on 20th May, 22 but noticed no response from them then I've contacted them via Phone & Mail and initially received responses like 1. "Tomorrow your order will be Dispatched" 2. "Due to Material Issue your order is Delayed" but now 1. they've blocked my Mail ID. 2. They've not Recharged their no. For that their mobile company not allowing any calls.

I have paid amount and tried to contact but unable to reach out to them. Not received order as well as money also gone.
