[Resolved] Cox & Kings India — fraud company... never book trips with this group | |||
I had booked a europe trip on feb first week... These ppl charged 80000 for booking.. We had paid them already. Due to unavoidable reason we had to cancel the trip. They have charged us lumpsom amt of 34550 just for cancelation.. The cancelation receipt also has not been provided yet. The refund also has not been initiated. Mr. Arun from chennai office was taking care of the issue.. Later on he washed off.. Never attends to our calls. This is pathetic.. Cheaters... Never go to these ppl.
