I want to cancel my CPP plan as customer care executive is neither replying nor sending any documents for my CPP plan which is misguided by executive and triggered.I want to stop this plan in urgent.I have send so many emails and calls but customer care is so unresponsive.I want to get cancelled confirmation of this policy as it Is auto debited from my icici bank account.ICICI bank branch motikhavdi is not supporting me in this regard

I have received no phone call, neither resolution.Infact i have called customer care and cancelled my plan but i doubt wheather it is cancelled sure or not.No email received from CPP india till now inspite escalating upto
higher level.Within 3 months they are saying that letter had been sentto your address and docket number is not avaliable with then.Stop this kind of fraudster activity or else i have to suit a notice for same

    Purpose of this email to review, understand and discuss following grievances:

    Request to review the claim settlement of membership no im0655727
    Complaint about the unacceptable delay and error in processing claim settlement.
    Misbehaviour and misguidance by cpp india

    I raised the claim request dated[protected]

    The process i followed:

    At the time of purchasing smartphone. Iwws told that my smartphone is covered with liquid & accidental damage.

    When my smartphone was damaged i contacted cpp india. As expained whole process of claiming amount.in which i have to provide given documents along with damaged smartphone.
    Given documents:
    1. Claim form
    2. Statement of incident
    3. Orignal mobile purchase bill.
    4. Service engineer report
    5. Copy of a valid photo
    6. Cancelled cheque
    7. Damage phone photograph

    On provided link where i have upload all the documents & send them through email at cppindia. [protected]@cpp.co. Uk.

    I sent this complete set of documents through mail on[protected].

    The hard copy of document was sent by speedpost. On[protected],

    Which was delivered on[protected].
    Tracking id: ei08931229in

    After which i contacted with cpp officals. On 19th, 24th, 28th of aug’18. Where same response given by them that my documents are not yet delivered to them yet.

    I have shared snapshots of tracking details as well. Where same was showing delivered but they clearly refused any such parcel & asking me to send documents again.

    Which is not possible for me as i already sent damaged smartphone & orignal bill in that parcel.

    I have also send multiple mails regarding this but never received a single revert from there end.

    After few days on 12/09/2018 for the claim initiated against membership id im0655727. The representative informed me that cpp team received my completed set of documents without out any discrepancy on 10/09/2018 & it will take 28 working days to process my claim. Between this period i had contacted multiple times with your team. Everytime there response is same. That my clain is under process.

    I have already shared documents delivery details given by indian post. According to which documents were delivered on[protected]. It almost took a month by cpp’s backend team to process them & update details in their system.

    As per my last communication 28 working days are also completed but still my claim is under process.

    It’s already been more than 4 months since i raised request for claim & still no update.

    I request you to kindly provide me actual status of my claim.

      On[protected] i have give a complaint about lost of complaint with cpp
      They said they will respond in 2 to 24 hours
      I lost card on[protected] and i was away from my home town around 244 kms
      As cpp promised me for travel and stay assistance
      It was not done by cpp
      I asked for stay and return ticket, which was denied by cpp saying some server issue
      They are of no help in case of travel away from home

        Amount of 1649 inr deducted from my savings account on 24 sep for cpp plan but till date membership not issued. Contacted cpp india through email on 03oct shared the details on 04 oct, again reminded them on 5th, 8th and 17th by email. No response... Contacyed customer care executives over phone.. For a few days... They ask details like phone number and email id.. Then. No response. Please refund money back at least.. If it has been transferred to your account.. Else i may report the same as fraud... Cpp team (If you read this email) check your database.. For my complaint details.. My contact number is [protected] and email id is [protected]@yahoo.com

          I took out a sbi credit card last week and they shared my card details with the company, i feel. Some body from cpp made repeated calls on my mobile, while i was traveling, and at work and spelled out the details of my card posing as a verification call from sbi credit card and was telling many benefits of cpp. I told him that i am busy, i cannot hear you well, and that the benefits of sbi card would be printed on the booklet you have sent along with the card and need not be spelled out again. To my surprise cpp has sent me an email stating that i have taken a membership. Now, will they also deduct money from my account is not known.
          I don't understand why sbi cards is sharing my personal details to companies like this.

            This is bhupender my cpp registration id is im0900394. My phone was broken and i raised the issue and i courier all therequired documents. When i checked online its shows me the claim declained. I contacted to the customer service the toldme that i didn't submitt cancel cheque but already i have courier the cancel cheque and all the documents now they come with new excuess that i have to raise the issue within 24 hours after the incident. So its a big fraud company

                I applied for a RBL credit card last month and then received a call regarding the Card Protection Plan, which I refused to have. Even then they enrolled me so I called their customer care number and told them to cancel this plan the same day & they said that it ll be cancelled. Now after a month my
                card has been charged Rs. 1000/- for the same Protection Plan that I refused to accept.

                I want this plan to be cancelled immediately and get my money refunded.

                  Takes details of our credit card gives so many offers initially. Just deducts money at one shot and doesn't even reply back to customer's queries.

                  In call :

                  Emi of rs 350 for 6 months. But i have been deducted rs 2049 at one shot.
                  Secondly there was one month free trial but even that was not provided,

                  They did not mention anything about other schemes rs 2499 scheme etc.

                    my mobile was damaged on april 2018 in this regarding i have contact through toll free number as per their instruction i have sent hard copy documents for claiming of insurance registered post on 27.04.2018 which was received by you that status shown in post office website as received.The registered post number is RT[protected]N dated on 27.04.2018 and then i followed the status of the insurance claim with local bajaj loan Executives Mr.Kamal working at madurai.He is told your documents are not received in gurgaon the manager told like this.My Insurance Samsung Mobile Insurance Claim Req ID SR10169401 & Policy No:IM1081740 & Claim No:3596804.Kindly look into the matter and expect the answer within 15 days from the date of this mail or otherwise i will file suit against your company for claiming of insurance.If any doucment need inform me through mail and mobile No:[protected].Till date i am not received insurance claim i do not know the position of the insurance.

                        Ia4277514. This is my worst experience in cpp, i have taken cpp insurance plan and i claimed for my fraud transactions on my card, last 3 months daily i m calling customer care, evry time they are coming with new requirements of documents, and always saying our backend team calling u, but they never called me. I mailed and courier all documents.

                          I was the member of CPP having membership IA1289197, even after Cancellation request of membership in the month of July 2017 the amount of Rs 2499 was deducted from my account on 3 September 2017 and again today on 3 sep 2018.
                          In the month of September itself I have called your customer care from where i got the reply that the amount is already sent back to my account on 6 September 2017, but no amount was credited. I have mailed on [protected]@cppindia.com on 28 dec 2017, 31 dec 2017 and again in 19 feb 2018, but not got any reply. Again today second time the amount is deducted.
                          Today when I called the customer care they replied that they have not received such amount.

                              How can a complaint be marked as resolved when no one had taken the initiative to resolve it cause i haven't received my welcome kit yet since the month of may. I am not assured that my cards are still safe. Either send me my welcome kit or else get ready to face legal trauma cause i am getting it reported in the police station on next monday that is 21 of august 2018. Cpp is fraudulent. People please be aware.

                                  I had been registered to cpp suggested by sbi to me in the month of may. Till date i haven't received my welcome kit yet, and you have already deducted the amount from my credit card which still i am paying in installments. How can my cards registered with you be safe when your promises are false.
                                  Enough is enough. I have called you all a multiple time and every time you had been with false and untruthful promises to me. This leaves me no alternative other than to file a police complaint against you and the team sbi cause they had subscribed you to me along with leave the entire scenario on social media platform. So as people on the ground level can easily judge about cpp and its truthfulness.
                                  Now i hereby give you 7 days from 14 august 2018 till 21 august 2018. Either contact me and get my welcome kit delivered on my doorsteps at the earliest or else get ready to face some brutal legal music along with your unmasked face on social media.
