Hello there

While applying for new SBI credit the verification personal didn't briefed me properly regarding CPP plan that it was optional and it has ben been activated on card and amount of
Rs 2499 has been deducted from my card. Also I didn't received any soft or hard copy of this membership in stipulated time to stop such services in a given time frame which the company has. This kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and without giving complete information is a criminal act. I want my money back . Don't dare again to do this

    I had cancelled my membership on 2nd February, 2021 and have told you to refund my money and every time I call your customer care.. you people tell more 7 days and still my money is not getting refunded... Please refund my money back. You guys are doing a fraud with this thing not giving people's money back even after cancellation.

        I have registered an Claim for my phone VIVO Y30 on December 9th, 2020. As stated by the customer care i am supposed to take photographs of damaged phone and also complete the status within 14 days.
        i have raised an query that since my phone is of liquid damage it is not possible to take photographs since phone is not getting switched on. They said it is ok if it is not possible. Then later i have given my phone to service center on 10th Dec 2020. Since there was unavailability of the parts i have requested them to extend the period for submission of proof. They said it is ok but i nned to provide an delay letter from the Authorized service center. Later once i have received the phone i have initiated the claim process.
        While claim settlement, there was an form (NEFT Mandate form) which stated to get an stamp. Since my Account belongs to Hyderabad and now currently i am in Tamil Nadu i once again called them and they said its ok if we send only cancelled cheque. Though i have sent both Cancelled cheque and NEFT MANDATE form (without stamp). Now they have rejected my claim for same reason. If you want to reject the claim you would have said it before. Now i paid the money which is an cost of the whole phone.

        This should be resolved ASAP.

          The renewal date/amount deduction date is 28th Dec 2020
          Amount deducted: 2499
          Membership Cancelled date: 31st Dec 2020 by calling them

          On Dec 28th, 2020 My CPP membership was activated automatically without asking me or my approval with the amount of Rs.2499/- then I checked the SBI card mobile application and seen the entry of 2499 Debited from my sbi card and I just shocked because this service is useless for me and I didn't want to renew it or activate it. So, I call CPP customer care on 31st Dec 2020 and told them to cancel my membership and they have cancelled and told me that I am eligible for a full refund of 2499 in next 7 business working days.

          Now, the game begins from here, I am writing on[protected] Still didn't receive any refund of 2499 in my SBI credit card.

          For this issue, I have called them so many times and every time they told that wait for somedays, wait for somedays.

          Could you please help me get my refund from this fraud company?
          I will be really appreciated if you someone help me to get my refund on SBI creditcard.

          They are not doing any job, they just sit on a chair and receiving calls from customers and telling them to wait and doing nothing.

          I am bored now from this type of company or peoples.

            It's been almost 23 days since I had cancelled my membership on 4th january 2021 and have told you to refund my money and every time I call your customer care.. you people tell more 7 days and still my money is not getting refunded...                 I received call from CPP Group for card protection before 10th Jan 2021 for membership and I refused still they deducted amount from my card and made me a member on 14th Jan I made a call and emailed them about cancellation of membership number IAA894076 but they are refusing to cancel or refund my amount via call neither are they replying to the email. Kindly check on this scam and ask them to cancel membership and refund my amount

                    I had cancel my cpp membership within 30 days of activation and according to cpp policy if someone cancel membership within 30 days they he/she can claim full refund. but cpp keep charging money from my credit card. i complaint 5 times by calling and sent 2 mails but there is no response from cpp. i am adding my transaction detail of my sbi credit card.

                            I never wanted this service but somehow it got activated on my SBI IRCTC credit card which i received not more than 25 days ago. I am very sure that representatives from this company called me and confused or provided misinformation to get approval from me for it's activation.

                            I am charged 2499/- for this service which i don't even need. When i saw this amount in my bill i got scared and called sbi customer care and told about the issue and opened a complaint.

                            After this i received call from the company and first they tried informing benefits which i didn't wanted to hear, then they said that money will not be refunded even if i cancel this service. Further after inquiring a lot and insisting for refund they told that only 50 percent money could be refunded as i should have called on 1st Jan.

                            It is very frustrating dealing with such nonsense and fraud. I need my money refunded in full. Why should i pay so much for a service that i don't need. It's ridiculous.

                              This is Shobhit Kumar from Lucknow. I received some due amout on my sbi credit card through mail even when i didn't receive my physical card by the company. I saw an entry for Rs 2499 in my statement for the Card number XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX for CPP protection and also charge interest for not paying it, I would like to mention that I HAVE NEVER REGISTERED FOR THIS SERVICE and I am very shocked to see that amount could be due from my card without my consent/approval. After complaining about this matter and mailed to sbi card, I received call from Customer Service department of CPP India and they said that they can only provide me 50% of the refund as per the policy. I am very shocked from this treatment, how can somebody just charge any amount from my card WITHOUT MY APPROVAL and then refuse to refund it.

                              I have two major questions to the CPP India,
                              How can they activate any plan without my permission and make a charge for the service.
                              At the time when I informed them and wanted to cancel this plan why they force to charge 50% amount.

                              After complaining about this plan I received many calls from the company side but every time they called and verify the details and start telling benefit of the plan, and when i start to tell my actual problem they told me to hold for some time and cut the call… it repeated again and again.. it you really concern about the problem then just resolve it rather than playing with it.

                              I even asked them for any official proof that they might have for my consent/ approval to register for this service, but they said that they do not have the authority for the same. How can a corporate not take responsibility for their action.

                              This is the way they intend to run their business by embezzling money from random people and then refusing to refund it, I am going to raise this in the appropriate platforms and forums and make sure their FRAUD gets noticed by the common public.

                              Please in the future beware of any Phone calls from CPP group India, claiming to provide Insurance, even if you decline, they will still register you for that service, keep checking your statements very carefully for any such entries.

                                        Hi Team,
                                        My self Amit Mohanty, mobile number [protected] and my CPP Membership No IA9347202 which is received on 20th March 2020 without my further confirmation.
                                        I have done cancellation of my above membership on 24th March 2020 (within 30 days). Further email communication was made to [protected]@cppindia.com on 1st July 2020, 10th July 2020 and many more, after that I have received half refund Rs.849.50. Several time I have been communicating to helpline number[protected], always they are commitment that "Your rest amount will be refunded soon" but not refunded till now. This is very pathetic almost 8 months has gone still now I am not received my pending amount.
                                        So looking for your support to receive my pending amount as soon as possible. And action need to be taken to CPP India Group.
