while buying a LG 65"TV- i have bought your asset care plan.
i did not get any other communication than this info via my registered mail.

now my TV needs repair assistance, and for the past one month i have been trying to contact via phone and email.
in phone: after getting all my details, they say they will get back, but none got mach.
in email: i will get that they were trying to reach my phone and it did not go thro and asking for alternative numbers, i mailed back with two more alternative number, yet the same reply, that all numbers were unable to reach

now seeing that your company does good follow up action, i am mailing you this.

lets see, what is happening to this complaint.
