CPP Group India — Lg led tv extended warranty

I have purchased a LG LED TV on March 2021 which have company warranty till March 2023 and thereafter Exteded warranty offered by BAJAJ FINSERV in partnership with CPP. I had to pay a premium of Rs.5885 for the said extended warranty starting from March 2023 to March 2025. This being the fact a few days back there arose problem with panel wherein the picture starts to jump and turn back and white seems like a panel failure. I have raised a complaint with CPP regarding this they assured that my complaint have been registered and a technician will visit will visit and do the needful how ever that never happened and present they are making lame excuses to scuttle my claim. Pls help me with same thanking you.
