Cppc Indian Bank — enhancement of pension

My mother netraprava das w/o late narottam das jajpur odisha bearing ppo no 73117 drawing family pension from indian bank as per her dob-10/07/1937 she is aged more than 80 years but not getting the enhancement of pension (20%extra) till now. Pls do the needful.
