    I m military penssioner holder ppo no s/c/3420 of 30 jan 1985.and drawing my pension in ac [protected].at present my total penssion including medical allowance is 32185 rs .rs 9273 on date 28/07/2022, rs 9272 on 29/08/2022 and 9272 on 28/09/2022has been deducted from my penssion as income tax tds.so pls refund the deducted amount in my account as soon as possible.

      Respected Sir/Madam,
      I sanat kumar pattnaik, grandson of Late Tilottama Pattnaik, getting Pension through Indian Bank, Padampur, Bargarh, Odisha having account number[protected] and P.P.O. Number 1800 S(F).My grandmother died on 15th January 2022.I gave the information of death on 18th February attached all documents needed for close of the account, but till now no action is taken by branch manager for release of the balance pending on her account to the nominee of that account.I have attached here all the documents, please find out the attachment.
      therefore i request you to consider about this matter, and take necessary action.

          I am the shameeli pensinor od my deceased father, i gave my life certificate and also non marital certificate on 19.11.2021 .But the bank only updated my life certificated i didn't update nonmarital certificated, it will updated only on December 31.So that my pension will stop this month.

            Dear sir/madam,

            i have to confirm you that i am smt. meera gupta D/o late Mahesh Prasad Gupta my family pension disbursement latter issued for, the chief manager Allahabad bank cppc, ist floor new building hazratganj lucknow-226001 dated on 23/06/2021 but till time our pension not released by the bank.
            i am continuously going to our bank but bank manager is not giving satisfactory response bank manager saying they have not received the the pension disbursement latter but i have received copy latter within 6 days after issuing. & after receiving the latter same has presence to bank but branch manager didn't satisfactory response. they are saying bank copy latter not received in bank.

            i would request you to kindly intervene and issue instruction to concern authorities for the release of my family pension without further delayed. because of i am waiting for pension since 1 year due to i do not have any sources of income to survive. Kindly again humble requested you help me for releasing my pension.

            SPECIAL NOT- bank staff is totally irresponsible person kindly improved for customers satisfactory.

              Ref: CPPC:PPO-2021 dt 30.03.21 New PPO: [protected]
              I received copy of the above letter addressed to ADFM, S Rly asking for account details of new pensioner. In this connection, I wish to refer to your earlier communication to your Branch at Kamaraj Salai. Pondicherry directing them to obtain documents for processing family pension.
              In this letter, you have clearly mentioned PPO No [protected] as well as my S B a/c No[protected].
              In that case, where is the question of not knowing the account details of mine.

              Is there any way I can take up this issue to solve the matter. I sincerely hope necessary action will be taken immediately so that pension is credited to my account.

                Sir,
                I have been receiving the family pension after my Husband passed away from March 2018 till February 2021 . From March 2021 I did not receive my pension. I have submitted my Life Certificate to my bank, Indian Bank, Yercaud branch .The Life Certificate has been submitted in the bank on November 2020 . After submitting the life certificate I received my December 2020, January 2021&February 2021 pension.
                Kindly see to the above matter and do the needful for me. Thank You

                  I had given my digital life certificate on 29th oct.2019. But my pension did not paid to me then i lodged a complaint vide no. R[protected] to cpao on 02nd january 2020 and it was told that the digital life certificate was submitted in the month of oct.2019 hence the same was not considered and a fresh digital life certificate was submitted on 02nd january2020. On 23rd january i got one reminder from indian bank /cppc that you have not submitted your life certificate. Kindly submit life certificate in any nearby branch immediately.in response to this sms i visited personally ajmer branch of indian bank on 28th january 2020 and filled and signed up the required "life certificate" handed over to sh. Y k thakur (Y-20) branch manager and received the acknowledgment of the same from indian bank ajmer branch. But till date pension for the month of december 2019 and january 2020 has not been paid.

                    I am no getting my medical allowance along with the pension from september 2018 onwards. Matter has been brought number of times to your office and concerned pension drawing bank. Over and above i am i'll treated by recovering amount of pension communication with out prior information as per the banks decision. Never a single reply gave to me in this regard. Hence i would like to approach banking ombudsman for a solution.

I noticed variation in the actual tds amount reflected in my pass book and the amount deposited to govt in my form 16. Total tds deducted rs20940 as per passbook but in form 16 shown as rs13585 a sum of rs7355 may be please refunded.
                        Please do the needful and confirm action taken immediately so that i am not at a loss.

                          next month I am going abroad on personal visit and likly to be back during March 2019. Can I submit life certificate inadvance?. I am already registered with Jeevanpraman and submitted before last year. Last year again the bank has asked for manual certificate. and I have submitted. Kindly advise me how can do this year.

                          Submitted the life certificate for[protected] at TRIVANRUM CHALAI branch. My PPO number is[protected].PL. CONFIRM whether IT IS UPATED?
                          I am Central Railway retired officer from Mumbai. I am regularly drawing my pension from Indian Bank Goregaon West Branch every since my retirement i.e.2012. Normally I used get credit of my pension to my SB account of Indian bank 2 to 3 days before the end of the month but this time i.e. November 2020 So far my pension is not credited to my account. I do not understand the reason behind it. Please confirm why the delay? As you are aware we the senior citizens have always depend on pension. If it is delayed then we feel dejected. An early action in the matter is solicited. For your information most of the banks have already credited the pension on 28th itself.

                            Dear sir,

                            I am a pensioner having pension account no [protected] at indian bank, ganapathy branch coimbatore. I noticed variation in the actual tds amount reflected in my pass book and the amount deposited to govt in my form 16. Part a ii. For the month of jan 18, tds amount is rs 8433 but the amount deposited by the bank to govt is rs. 2572. Similarly for the month of feb 18 tds is rs 3831 but rs 846 only deposited to govt by the bank. (Please refer form 16 sl no 11 and 13 of form 16.
                            Please do the needful and confirm action taken immediately so that i am not at a loss.
                            An immediate action is solicited so that i can file the it return immediately.

                              Sir cppc indian bank chennai is not replying or rather responding to the mails sent by the pensioners regarding any enquiry about the readiness of form-16, or any enquiry about the updation of the income tax saving details etc., then we have to send mails to the nodal officer customer complaints and the corporate office. The customer complaint section will also only forward our mails to cppc. Then after that they will not follow up the grievences of the pensioners against the cppc.

                                Sir/madam my father was a defence pensioner he was died on april 26 2017 due to throat cancer he was completed 18 years of service in army at meg bangalore retired on 1988 his ppo no is s/016706/88 at last he was with drawn the gross amount of rs 20971 from indian bank tirupur tamil nadu branch code no 225. His bank account number is[protected]. At present my mother get a family pension at the another account in the same branch. Before one month of my father’s death 15.03.2017 some amount rs 18672 was deducted from my father’s account for the reason for it. The transaction number is [protected]. We asked cppc chennai, they told us your father had done 3, 15, 000 transaction as the accounting year of 2016 2017 due to the pension arrears as per i known arrears was not a one year income it was the due of many years, at the time of my father’s death he was completed 67 years old, at the time of living we have no pan card because, we have no any immovable properties, he was un employee our only income is pension. We are stay at rental house, so we are not eligible for it. Already i informed the above details to pm grievance cell ref number is ddesw/e/2017/00856. Dated 29.06.2017 recently i got the reply, to contact pda sir i don’t know about the pda, and how can i approached?. Herewith i have attached the reply for your kind reference. As the ex service man daughter i request you kindly arrange the refund the amount as earliest as possible. Becausewe met the many financial troubles after my father’s death.                                         1. This is with reference to the pension received by me in the month of november 2016 in my a/c no[protected] at indian bank, mayur vihar branch.

                                        2. I would like to submit here that i am in receipt of defense pension and the armed forces till now have not yet implemented the 7th central pay commission (7th cpc) due to anomalies yet to be rectified, and are still continuing with the 6th cpc. Therefore my pension also continues as per 6th cpc and da thereon. Therefore, the da portion remains 131% (Including increase of 2% wef 01 jul 2016) on my pension and not 2% as given by your office in the month of nov 2016, which includes the da arrears also.

                                        3.in view of the above, you are requested to credit the balance portion of my pension which amounts to rs.46994/- (18215+47723 (Da)@131% = 65938) at the earliest please.

                                          1. Kindly refer to my pension a/c[protected] of Indian Bank Vadamathimangalam branch (V04), Original PPO No S/033939/2006(Army) and corr PPO S/corr/162171/2009 (Army) and S/corr/105098/203 (Army)

                                          2. Consequent on re-revision of pension of JCOs/OR from 01.01.2006, vide Govt of India Order No[protected]/(1)-D (Pen/Pol) dated 03.09.2015 copy forwarded by PCDA Pension Allahabad vide their circular No 547 dated 11.09.2015 and further clarified vide circular No 549 dated 30.09.2015, kindly revise my pension from Rs 13890 to Rs14997 from 01.01.2006 to 23.09.2012 In view of para 4 of ibid circular No 549 dated 30.09.2015 since my basic pension was Rs 13890 from 01.12.2006 to 23.09.2012 instead of Rs 14997/- In other words I am getting basic pension 14997/- from 24 Sep 2012 onwards only instead of 01 Dec 2006. Hence, I am eligible for revision of pension for the periods from 01.12.2006 to 23.09.2012

                                          3. I also request you to kindly release the first arrears by this month pension or before the forthcoming festival of Deepavali as a welfare measures to exservicemen.

I have sent several letters with details to State Bank Of Travancore (CPPC), Chembikalam Building 3rd floor, Vazhuthacaud, Thiruvananthapuram (Kerala) - 695014 copy to SBT, Pallickal Br. TVM dist but there is response so far.

                                          Sir, normally CPPC Indian bank is not at all acknowledging any communication addressed by the customers. For instance, if you send the scanned copy of the Tax Saving deposit copy to them, they will not reply whether they have received the same and action taken accordingly for regulating the TDS from the pension payment. This is only an example. In no case they have acknowledged the complaint from the customers putting the pensioners in tension. Who will correct them?
