Cppc Indian Bank — Release of arrears of revised pension (Army)

Respected Sir,

1. Kindly refer to my pension a/c[protected] of Indian Bank Vadamathimangalam branch (V04), Original PPO No S/033939/2006(Army) and corr PPO S/corr/162171/2009 (Army) and S/corr/105098/203 (Army)

2. Consequent on re-revision of pension of JCOs/OR from 01.01.2006, vide Govt of India Order No[protected]/(1)-D (Pen/Pol) dated 03.09.2015 copy forwarded by PCDA Pension Allahabad vide their circular No 547 dated 11.09.2015 and further clarified vide circular No 549 dated 30.09.2015, kindly revise my pension from Rs 13890 to Rs14997 from 01.01.2006 to 23.09.2012 In view of para 4 of ibid circular No 549 dated 30.09.2015 since my basic pension was Rs 13890 from 01.12.2006 to 23.09.2012 instead of Rs 14997/- In other words I am getting basic pension 14997/- from 24 Sep 2012 onwards only instead of 01 Dec 2006. Hence, I am eligible for revision of pension for the periods from 01.12.2006 to 23.09.2012

3. I also request you to kindly release the first arrears by this month pension or before the forthcoming festival of Deepavali as a welfare measures to exservicemen.

State bank of Travancore (SBT) also yet to pay the arrears as per the order. I have sent several letters with details to State Bank Of Travancore (CPPC), Chembikalam Building 3rd floor, Vazhuthacaud, Thiruvananthapuram (Kerala) - 695014 copy to SBT, Pallickal Br. TVM dist but there is response so far.

Sir, normally CPPC Indian bank is not at all acknowledging any communication addressed by the customers. For instance, if you send the scanned copy of the Tax Saving deposit copy to them, they will not reply whether they have received the same and action taken accordingly for regulating the TDS from the pension payment. This is only an example. In no case they have acknowledged the complaint from the customers putting the pensioners in tension. Who will correct them?
