CRA - NSDL — enhance the family pension on account of exceeding 80 years of age

I smt. Govindi devi w/o late sh. Tula ram sharma 101040 ex rfn holder of ppo no:[protected] have submited age proof copy of aadhar card no :[protected] indicating date of birth 01/01/1933 to my bank i. E state bank of india pithoragarh 6 month ago for revision of pension, 20% increase on account of attaining 80 years of age as per govt. Of india pension rule. Where as my pension has not been sevised till date.
May i request you to kindley take approprate action at the earliest.

I have changed my residencial address from village; khatera, p. O. Simalkot, distt. Pithoragarh to village & p. O. : sirpur bichwa,, (Khera), khatima, udham singh nagar, uttrakhand.
