Sir,

It is brought to your kind notice that pritam chand dogra no. 115215l assam rifles served in the assam rifles is a resident of village chamar lahri, post office bankhandi, tehsil dehra (Gopipur) distt. Kangra h. P has not a good moral character and always doing the unlawful acts whenever he visited in his native place. He always abusing me and my family and the oftenaly used foul language that can not be explained. He always threatened that he will kill to me and my family so that i lodge a fir against him so many times in the local police station, last year, in the month of june 2017 he burnt my under construction house and i also lodge a fir against him, but without evidence no action had taken by the police. He cut my electricity supply and water supply, throws the waste in front of my house"s door. Whenever he visited the house, he start construction whereas the construction work is stayed by the h, ble court, he start construction during holidays. Last year, he lodge a false complaint against me through his commanding officer and copy to deputy commissioner, s. P, sdm and gram panchayat whereas the reality is that i have not visited in my last since 4 years. He creat a pressure that i will not come my house and he may seize all the ancestral property because he also seize my ancestral property. He also always speaks that i am serving in the army and i can do everything. By using the name of army he always repeatedly doing unlawful acts and misconduct/crime. The indian army always protect the interests of the citizens of india whereas pritnd chand dogra 115215l always misuse the honour and pride of the army and torture the general public. My one brother dies on 24th june 2017 and he had construct the foundation of the house and pritam chand wants to seize the land of the proposed house and pressurised his widow wife to hand over the land of this proposed house. Pritam chand also stole my household things such as gas cylinder, bricks, steel bars, ornaments etc. He oftenaly availed the leave with the excuse that my mother is under medical treatment and sometimes she got serious, but in the instant case the reality is that he abusing his mother continuously since 03.06.2018. My mother telephonically messaged me that i am helpless and pritam chand whenever visit the house he torture me regularly by abusing and use foul languages.

It is requested that you may take stern action against him as earliest as possible. It is a hope that you will take disciplinary action against him under the provisions of assam rifles act. If you will not take appropriate action i will force to take up the matter with the ministry of home, govt. Of india.

In addition to above, it is also requested that the officials of the assam rifles communicate me that the person i e pritam chand is not found our record, so it is requested that the identity may also checked through the name of the spy who served in the asssam rifles the no. I. E 115215l is confirmed, if not found i will e-mail the copy of the false complaint lodge by pritam chand tomorrow surely. It is hoped that the justice will ensure by the authority of the assam rifles.
