I logged in to Crafin today (17 April, 2023) as I was in urgent need of money. Got my KYC done (status is still pending) and listed my gift card worth 1000/-
I did not get any listing update in the mail and not even on the app. Also, they claimed that they will release the payment within 30 minutes which obviously did not happen.
Texted their customer support on WhatsApp and found out how lazy and negligent they were. They do not seem to resolve any queries. I read a few other reviews of the app on the Play Store and found out that a lot of customers have been duped by this website. That's when I got sceptical about this app.
Under KYC they had asked me to upload my Aadhar details and photo which I am concerned about the most.
Please beware of such scammers online. I have been cheated because of my haste. Lost my 1000/-
Crafin, if you're reading this review I request you to release the payment you were claiming to pay or cancel the gift voucher from your listing so that I can use that. Do not play with innocent people and their hard-earned money!
