I'm the directory of the Craftmind Solution and Technologies Pvt Ltd. This complain message is fake. We were a starter hosting company during the year[protected]. We just had 2 customers for hosting company. Those two customers were our close friends. Its impossible to receive such complaint from them in these customer forums. I have called them personally and verified the same. It might be a fake person who wants to down our hosting company name in Chennai. Our hosting company website became online from Jan 2014.
If you are a real person who had a hosting contract with us, please reveal your website name and your name. We haven't received any customer complaint with our hosting support team till now.
