Idol Of India Complaints & Reviews

I have had a very bitter experience with 'Idol of India' and their service indiamessage.com . They are providers of Bulk SMS and related data. I had sent them request for data related to Equity Traders and Investors and during telephonic communication these people had consented to offer me high priority SMS at 1.2p/sms (without adding any service tax from my side). They had also told that they would provide me 40,000 mobile number data and would substitute the remaining with HNI and Credit Card Holders' data either from Kolkata or other cities. But after the payment was made, they denied their commitments made over phone, asked me to include service tax, told me that the data I required was chargeable, and finally provided with non-priority SMS from TataDocomo instead of their committed high priority SMS from Aircel. When I received the 'regular data' that they offered, I found that they had provided me with a mobile number series which is from Vodafone Maharashtra and not from Kolkata. Furthermore, on calling the numbers I came to know that the details (name and address) mentioned are false too.

I am complaining against:

I have the impression that these people try to attract clients and then put them in such a situation that they are forced to pay more.
