I had purchased the karma resort holiday membership on 5 oct 19 i have paid through credit card amt is 75000 one card hdfc 50000 & second is kotak mahindra 25000. As per the company employees staff committed if you want to close this after experience you stop or close it. But within few day we decided we want to quit the membership. I had live chat with customer care. After 4 days i have requested my complaint and even i have talk with his manager mr. Rahul gupta sited at baroda. But no body have hear me... Kindly resolve this problem. Help me 🙏. Pls take action on this company and get back refund..

I have sent my phone on 11th june 2016 and till date waiting for reply from the company on payment in my account. The customer care is rather busy or some guard takes phone who has no clue on what's going on and in case you are lucky to get connected they are rude which doesn't help your cause.

Clearly they are fraud company and all of reader kindly make note of it and never ever send your device to them. Can anyone also tell how to take necessary legal action against them

I have sent my phone and was eagerly waiting to hear from them.
The customer care executives certainly worry me because they were as rude as rude can be.
As expected is what has happened.
I was given an offer of 9, 257 inr for my mobile phone which got revised to 1, 000 inr.
The reason given to me is, "device does not power on properly; other function not working due to device not power on properly and error showing...

Order no. 8406aa0e. I gave my dell inspiron n5010 4gb laptop to karma recycling for purchase. The gave me a quote of 9800. They then picked it up and checked it after 15 days and gave me a quote of 4700, claiming it wasn’t powering on, charger not working, when it is working perfectly. I declined that offer and they returned it a week later by some third party courier company. On checking the laptop i realized that it was now only 2gb instead of the 4gb i sent. The screws from behind were missing and memory cover loose. They had never mentioned this after checking the product, except the previously mentioned issues. On contacting them the claimed it was a 2gb one since the beginning and had the audacity to ask me not to bother emailing them any more since they wouldn't reply. Contacted them again and then they claim that it was my laptop model that was a 2gb one, with a single ram slot, which i could verify with the dell company with my product number. On doing so i was told that my model has two slots with 2gb each.
I tried reaching someone with higher authorities at the place but to no avail, there are several complaints regarding this companies malpractices and i would like some action taken and want my product fixed in its original condition.

This is regarding complaint against karmarecycling.In my order number is 8223aa0e they had picked my sony vaio laptop from my place around 3 weeks from now and had promised to pay the sum by wednesday 6th april when i called them today i was told that they have already processed the funds but there are no such funds that are reflecting into my account. Please take a strict action against this thank you
