Hello, I have ordered black color fancy shiffon sarri on 26 June 2015.I have not received the product yet and rupees 549 has been deducted from my account. So pls guide me what to do. Order number is[protected].pls send any contact number or tell me when will I got my sarri.

I had ordered a white and pink anarkali dress and white dressis delivered to me I dont like this white dress and I want it to be changed soon it is delivered by mistake please change it and delivered me a right white and anarkali as soon as possible

Hi, I am Annapoorna from Bangalore. I had ordered two products from crafstvilla about a month back with order numbers[protected] and[protected]. They delivered the products and I was shocked to see the material. The quality is very worst and it is nothing as shown on the website. I called them hundred times they did not give any proper response and I mailed them and raised dispute and I was given with a complaint number (Ticket ID - 280188.). They sent me address of sender to whome I need to send the product back by myself. This sender is in whole other state and he told me he is not responsible for anything and craftsvilla will only have to arrange pick up. I have been contacting the website to get my money back and there is not response from them at all. I am very much disappointed with this irresponsible behavior of the company.

I had ordered one chudidar, they had provided very bad quality material and I asked to collect the product as return, but they asked to return me and also courier charge I had paid 240 rs, but they are saying only can give 100 rs as return courier charge, even I paid 100 rs extra for courier while ordering.still I didn't get any proper response and even I don't know weather will they return my amount or not
