CraftsVilla.com — bad / wrong product received

I have received bad / wrong product against Order#[protected], I have also returned the produced to craftsvill as his customer instruction, now they asked for my account dedetais and I have also given the same. Now I am not getting any response from them. Also there is ticket system I had also raised the ticket but my ticket#216095 have been closed without any information and without any solution.I have request to reopen my above ticket.
