I ordered for a clock from your online store which reached me damaged. It was bound to happen as it was not bubble wrapped and care was not taken to ensure that it reaches me intact. When I write an email on what to do, no reply for more than 2 days. I had to call your customer care number to know what to do and a lady online tells me she will get back to me. She emails me next day saying courier the clock back. When I ask her who will bear the expense since it is not my fault to have received a damaged piece, she writes back after 1 days saying I would need to bear it as per their strange policy. Is this the kind of service Craftsvilla.com give ? I have ordered for many things recently online and none of the stores have sent me damaged pieces and are extremely good to deal with it; they take awesome care of the packing which is pathetic at your end and you expect customer to bear the cost of a piece which has been received in a damaged state due to your mistake ? I recently ordered a anarkali dress from craftsvilla.com and was pretty happy with it. The colour was slightly brighter than shown due to light effects but the material and pricing was well worth the money. It was only for Rs. 1500 with inner, dupatta and everything possible. Great pricing directly from manufacturers. Love it. Thanks Craftsvilla.com

Its Been Over two months we have not received the payment from Craftsvilla for our product, One pc Green Ruby Bracelet, Sold through them.
They claim that, that customer received the product in damage state. When we asked them to ship the products back or pay up. they told us they have provided the customer with a credit voucher for the amount and we need to contact the customer.
WHY THE [censored] ARE YOU TAKING commission for.
