Hi.. i have ordered a anarkali suit from craftsvilla with an order no[protected]. But on receiving the i did not like the quality of the fabric as it does not comply with the description at all.its fabric and design is so different. So i raised the complaint on the same day but no body replied to my emails and i have been calling there customer care but i didn't got any satisfactory answer. I want my money back, please help me out. Worst website for online shopping. its very horrible experience to me ever...please return my money back...thanx my email address is - [protected]@gmail.com

I bought one royal blue anarkali suit for 1299. Suit color is very dull and there length is very long and the hook of broch is also broken. I claim for that to refund it. But there is no reply from your. I courier the dress in 8april 2015 and also email on your id. There is also no response from your. I send all details on your id. Please inform me in how many days you refund my money.
