Seller: Rudra Fashion Creation Response By E-mail (Suleman Shaikh) (23/11/2016 03.23 PM) We ordered a white and red suit, instead we were provided a white and blue suit, which we returned. As per Craftsvilla return policy we provided bank account details via email at [protected]@craftsvilla.com on November 24th. Its been 6 days now and we have not heard anything from you. This is very upsetting and pathetic service you are providing. This will only lead you to loose loyal customers. Craftsvilla have raised a ticket, but nothing since then. The Ticket Number is[protected]. I have provided the bank details today as well. Amount to refund - 999 Hope this will be resolved soon.
